So my heart dropped instantly when I read the reviews about theses Timberland boots being fake. Being the person that I am giving people the benefit of the doubt did my research online and found that YCMC the company REALLY do get these shoes for TIMBERLAND!! The boots are the ORIGINAL CLASSIC STYLE BOOT that is why the bottom looks theway it do. For those who had an issue with these shoes should contact Timberland and speak with someone who works there. I been rocking Timb's for yrs so I know the real from the fake and rest assure these babies are not fake. I purchased 4 pairs for my kid's and they love them just as I do. P.S. believe me I don't have money to waste I just like REAL QUALITY THING'S.

The boot regardless of size is a fantastic boot. These are what my family had always worn. They last, they look nice and they are waterproof. I found these and was excited for that price!I I was scared yo purchase reading reviews...I bought anyway hoping I would get lucky...I called Amazon directly after purchasing this item as I was worried it would be a toddler size. They guaranteed it would be big kid. I recieved my item today, sadly it was not big kid...it was toddler. I requested a refund.

After conducting my research to see if I was ordering the correct item as a gift, I thought I was safe. It seems as though I was mistaken. These were ordered for my wife who knew immediately after opening that they were not actual Tims. A few observations regarding their authenticity;1. The soles of these boots are completely different than any other Tims. I didn’t know this, but if you check other sites, they all show you the soles.2. There is a tag on the tongue of this boot that says waterproof but is not on authentic boots. Check it out for yourself, it is shown in the pictures.3. The toe of this boot is much more pointed than a typical timberland boot. You can’t really tell this from pictures, but. It nearly as rounded.Since they have arrived, I have also compared to multiple other sites and with the knowledge I have now, you can definitely see the differences. I have requested a refund and ordered a new pair from Foot Locker.

Too big for me
I wear a 4 1/2 size ladies shoe so I thought I would purchase a big kid size 5 (wasn't sure which size would really fit me even though I looked at the size guide). The shoe was way too big for me at least a good inch left in the toe. I always wanted Timberlands but when I got these I was disappointed because of the size and it also didn't have enough support, I wanted to use these for my garden work. I had to return these so sad. I do believe that if I chose 4 1/2 they would fit but would only use for walking around.
