Great Buy- Size Runs Large!
Great boots! Super comfortable and I know the brand to be durable. SIZE runs a bit large. Normally wear size 10-10.5, but those were too big. Replaced with 9.5 and they are perfect.

Good quality! My husband loves his new shoes
Very light and beautiful.
These boots are awesome except that they do run ****1 SIZE TOO LARGE***. I ordered my normal boot size at 10.5 and found out like many others that they run a whole size too LARGE. I ended up returning them (Amazon is always great at returns) and ordered another pair at a 9.5 size. Much better! As far as quiality...I've owned many Timberland boots and love them. Last pair I had (different style) lasted 9 years! But i've only been wearing these for about a week and they break in quick and are comfortable.Love the high ankle on the boot...supportive without being too "rigid".Color was as expected and looks great with just about everything.I know if your like me you'll buy them in your usual shoe size and say "I'm sure they'll fit with big socks" or "let me just get this size first and try it". I am here to tell you that going down a size I still have a little room for winter socks but enough room to move my feet without big socks (don't like my toes to be crunched in).Don't make the mistake...JUST ORDER A SIZE DOWN FROM WHAT YOU NORMALLY GET.
I agree with the reviews suggesting to order 0.5 - 1.0 size smaller as these boots run larger. I was skeptical but given that returns are free of charge, it was worth the risk. I ordered a 9.5 men's size rather than my typical size (10.5) and it fits perfectly. I would assume that the typical size would be appropriate if you plan on wearing thicker winter socks. However, these boots are great for all weather and not just for winter. If you plan on wearing regular all-weather socks, you will probably be happier if you ordered a size smaller than what you typically wear. You can exchange them free of charge if you are not happy with your decision once it arrives. Otherwise, the boots appear to be of great quality and the packaging is authentic from Timberland as it includes the original box, internal packaging and tags. I ordered the Burnished Brown as it was a darker color. I plan on treating them with Mink Oil which will further seal the leather and protect it but also make the color of the leather darker.
After doing a ton of research online looking for the perfect boot for me, I decided to go with the Timberland Earthkeepers, and man am I glad I did. Being a construction worker in the Air Force, I'm used to wearing a boot with the dreaded break in period that leaves me with a blister on each side of my ankle which makes walking around pretty painful. Even after adding insoles they're still not the most comfortable thing in the world to work in, much less walk around in all day. Not these bad boys. They are lightweight, warm, attractive, and VERY comfortable. I've only had the boots for a little over a week, but I did a pretty good inspection of the boot, and they APPEAR to be a well built. I'm living in England where the climate is rainy and rather cold, and they keep my feet warm and dry. I'm always very weary about making online purchases for clothing and footwear, but I'm very happy with these boots. I read many reviews stating that they run large. I wear a 9.5R in my Belleview workboots, so I bought a 9.5, and they fit perfect. At just over $100 I really don't think you can go wrong. BUY THEM!!!!
