Satisfied Customer

Very comfortable, and met all my needs and requirements for work and then some. They are well made, great looking, and feel great on my feet. I work 12 hour shifts in a steel plant, and these are a life saver. Not only do they protect my feet, but i can wear them for a whole shift and not complain about my feet hurting. Will most definetly purchase again!

Pros- durable and comfortable, Cons - as follows

This Boot takes a while to break in but is veary comfortable once broken in, it fits well but is veary heavy. The attachment for the gaurd plate started to rip after alot of bending and twisting though so if you have alot of crouching and bending perhaps find another Boot. The waterproof works well for splashing but submerged up to about the laces, it will leek. I used my in an oilfield service center for roughly 9 months before needing a new pair, which is better then the Keens (4 months) or Danners (8 months) could offer me. Over all great Boot for those that do alot of standing but maybe not for bending or long distance walking.

Durability

I bought these because I'm a welder, I work with all kinds of steel. So I wanted steel toes with the metatarsal, that way my laces don't get burnt up and I have foot protection. I've had mine for 6 months now, I do alot of crouching to do welds. The metatarsal started tearing away at the tip of the boot, took about a good week for it to finally rip the material loose from the tip. They are comfortable boots and if you stand alot they work well, just don't crouch down with them on.
