VERY LIGHT, SUPER COMFORTABLE, DOESN'T SQUEAK COMPOSITE TOE WORK BOOTS
Why did you pick this product vs others?:TPros are usually very comfortable and it looked a little more durable than my last pair. For the price they should be and do appear to be very well constructed. Mostly, still just breaking them in, I want to review and thank the seller. It would suck if they were returned and I'm hoping it's something the seller did, the boots arrived laced. It's nice not to have to do that but usually, if it's already done, it's very sloppy. Whoever did pre-lace these boots for me did a very nice job and that was very nice compared to so many other shopping experiences. The boots seem good, only time will tell, but it was nice to get them pre-laced and well enough not to have redo it. Thanks for that.👍
Great boots superb quality and a great price.
This is my third pair of timberland helix. I work at a county water utility… lots of water, mud, rocks, shovels, steps, getting boots wet and dry repeatedly…. Work Boots have only lasted me a year no matter what brand I have ever bought. These are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. The insoles do wear out, but $20 for a new set and you’re good again. Both of my earlier pairs stayed waterproof till about 9-10 months(start to dry rot) -I do not treat my boots in any way- my second pair did have the bottom soles start to come loose at the end, but I needed new ones by then anyway. I would recommend these to anyone and will continue to buy as long as quality remains as is.
Wore them for about a year. I do maintenance in a warehouse, lots of concrete, blacktop, and metal. Also work in a freezer occasionally and I'm sometimes in rooms with two inches of water. I do not clean or treat my boots. With all that I loved these boots, coming from a pair of redwings. They keep my feet dry and relatively warm. The soles don't freeze as fast as my redwings. No problems with slipping in various fluids. They had no break in, were comfortable from day one, and I could be on my feet for twelve hours and come home without sore feet. They have held up really well other then the orange hexagons on the bottom falling off, but they are just a piece of thin rubber. Now for the bad, the insoles lasted about six months. They started making my feet ache. Replaced them with dr scholls and I'm back to being happy. I'm disappointed they didn't last a year but these are still great boots, just ordered another pair after trying keens and danner.
I've worn steel toe boots all my working life, I'm a mechanic working with heavy equipment. I still have all my toes, my biggest problem with boots is the break-in time. I tried these on in a local store so knew my size before ordering. What I received was exactly what I tried on in the store. These boots are lighter than standard steel toe boots but I feel my toes are adequately protected. The break-in was so much quicker with these boots, my feet never needed a break from them during that time. I've only had them for a month but they look to be quality made and I expect them to last for several years, I confess that I'm hard on boots so for me a couple is a good amount of time. They are comfortable and fit perfectly, I will be buying these from now on.
Very comfy boots
