I was really hesitant on buying these. I drive a semi tanker and needed comp toe but comfortable as well. Just wow I LOVE THEM. they are so comfy and size is dead on. Like walking on springs and a nice cushion. Better than my tennis shoes that I paid over $200 for. Just buy them you won't regret it.
I was initially a bit disappointed at the feel of these shoes upon first putting them on, but after wearing them a couple of days, I can easily say they are the most comfortable pair of safety shoes/boots I have owned (and I've owned a lot, particularly from timberland). The fabric hugs the foot comfortably, the sole has a nice spring, the fabric ankle top provides a bit of support without being a heavy high top boot. The only cons I can think of is said ankle fabric necessitates high socks because they will tear your ankles like a regular boot top, and the shoes do run on the warm side. Other than that, i really like the look and, despite my expectations, the fabric top is holding up very well to the amount of abuse I've been putting them through.
The Timberland PRO Morphix is a game-changer for anyone on their feet all day, offering the comfort of a high-performance running shoe with the safety of a composite toe work boot. The "HoverSpring" foam midsole provides excellent shock absorption, making 10+ hour shifts on concrete much easier on the knees and back without the heavy "clomp" of traditional boots. They are stylish enough to wear post-shift and require virtually no break-in period.However, that athletic comfort comes at the cost of rugged durability, earning this a 4-star rating rather than 5. The softer materials wear down faster in harsh environments with jagged debris compared to heavy leather boots, and the sizing tends to run large, which might be tricky for those with narrow feet. They are an excellent choice for warehouse workers or electricians walking high mileage, but perhaps not for extreme demolition sites.
I bought 10.5W. They are so wide that my EEEE wide-sized feet are a bit loose, but some shoe filler ( loose wool or cotton) will provide a closer fit. This is not a complaint, it’s just unusual. I’ve never owned footwear that is wider than my foot. Otherwise, these boots are handsome and ingenious.
Very comfortable and high quality
Initially they were comfortable, but quickly the soles' structure gave way and it started making me walk on the out sides of my feet. They also caused back pain. Another strange thing is the shoe itself goes on like a sock.
