I have used them in both restaurant kitchens and mechanic shops; never slipped. Toes are always protected. Nice interior cushion, especially around the shins. Removable soles were a little thin for me, but easy to put my own. Over all, these will be my work shoes of choice for years to come.
These are my second pair of timberland direct attach boots in the last 5 years. very durable and lasted me a long time; working in tireshops to cattle ranching, these hold up. BUT. Now i am a cable installer in the midwest and these boots do NOT hold up to the waterproofing standard. Rewaterproofing these are a must. preferably with beeswax. once their maintained and re-proofed, they're golden. Overall, these boots are my go-tos. Very comfortable, break-in period is short and they hold up to repeated abuse very well.
Had these 2 years. I maybe wear them once a month. I love timberlands. This time though a seam has torn out. Very disappointed. Ps I work in an office setting nothing rough and tough about what I do
The soles on these boots are almost 2 inches high. Perfect for riding my sportbike since I’m a short rider at 5’6”. I can flat foot both my feet with these on my motorcycle with a seat height of 31”. These are the best boots in my opinion. Super comfy just a little heavy but it’s perfect for everyday riding especially in the rain. A lot cheaper than a waterproof motorcycle boots. I highly recommend for those looking for boots that you can wear during and after riding.
Bought these boots in November 2016 to wear at work. Thick sole that a person expects to last under normal wear. The heel sole on one boot is already coming off. I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship of these boots. Expected better. Always had been satisfied with their boots and own several.
I am Really like it a lot
I got these for my fiance. He is an auto mechanic and loved them, I had previously purchased these at the store before and then when I tried to purchase them again I was so sadden that I couldn't find them nowhere till I found them on Amazon. My fiance loves them because the are durable and steel toed.
