This is the 2nd pair I've got of these. 1st pair lasted me 6 years tell the lace broke and I retired them the leather broke out a little on the first pair and there was still a little tread left worked in a automotive shop hopping for the same with this pair
Took a chance on these after Timberland unfortunately discontinued their Titan XL work boot. These are a very sturdy, durable boot; I have been wearing these daily for about a year and a half and they are still going strong! The biggest draw for me is the XL toe box, if you have wide feet and have issues with safety toe inserts rubbing your toes, you should definitely give these a try!
They are one of the better pair of boots I have purchased in the past, so much so I have bought another almost a year later, but can use additional arch support.
My son has been working as an electrician for 6 years and only bought 2 pairs of these boots. Granted, they were completely beat down, but I happily replaced them for him when I saw how badly he needed another pair. He said boots are comfortable and work well.
Been in construction for 12 years and military before that, these boots are the only kind I will ever buy from now on. Insoles are amazing and most comfortable out of the box! No break in just absolute comfort! Do yourself a favor and buy!!!! I’ve tried all the $200+ boots and my feet were killing me for weeks and even months but never again! Worked so well I bought another pair for when these wear out.
I'm an outdoor living space builder in Colorado. These boots have been great in mud and snow. They provide good slip protection on ice and polyethylene. The only thing that I can say negatively about this boot is that if you are down working on your knees, the rubberized toe over coating will leave light black marks on your decking that take little effort to remove. By far my favorite work boot in any weather.
Currently rating boot at 4 stars, will update after a couple of months to make sure they are durable. Normally buy the Timberland Pro Boondoc, what I like about these they are lighter and overall much smaller. Took about a week to break in, but honestly the boots feel very good. Definitely recommend to purchase , would rate a 4.5 and if I get at least a good 6-8 months from them will rate a 5.***UPDATE****Downgraded to 1 star due to poor quality and do not last. 4 months after purchase and the sole is spreading from both boots as if they are using extremely low quality glue, also the cloth material on the side is not water prep or resistant as it has crumbled up and gotten all horrible.Do not purchase , extremely low quality boot that does not deserve the title of Pro Work Boot.Timberland should be ashamed
