Comfortable Boots

Had these for about 6 months now and they are holding up well. I wear them almost everyday for work (ladders, grates, weather, dirt, bluestone, etc.). Last pair of boots I had were RW & more expensive which I liked. I had a problem with my feet where they became sensitive. I realized that I needed new boots and tried these. Did not know what to expect when I got these but I do like them. They are light (much lighter than my old boots), comfortable, & durable. The sole flexes and has some gives which adds to the comfort. My old boots had an almost rock solid sole but it is much easier to roll your ankle with that type of sole and less comfortable on your feet.Give this one a try, it worked for me.

Runs big, other than that they're great.

Runs a little big. I normally wear an 8.5 in Timberland Pro work boots. I am on my feet all day I did not want to chance sizing down on steel toe shoes as only whole sizes were available when I purchased. I thought no harm in sizing up. I feel like I would have been fine in an 8, and probably should have exchanged them. They're great. I can be on my feet all day and not have any issues with the shoes. They are supportive any comfortable.

My replacement pair

Ordered replacement pair for my 5 year old pair that I worn out the sole [miles on the factory foor]. The memory foam inside held up the entire time. Very comfortable and toe protecting. This is the 3rd pair I've owned.

Timberland makes great products.

These are great work shoes. I go thru a pair of work boots a year. This is my second pair. First pair lasted well over a year. Wear them every single day on concrete. Good sole. Great for walking on concrete.

Squeak

So I've had the other version of Powertrains but the sole splits open at about 6 months on all 5 pairs Ive worn. Got these since the sole is a different design. They are comfortable but for some reason my feet really ache by the end of the work day. 9+ hours on ceramic tile. The bottoms of my feet hurt like they're bruised. Replaced the soles but they still ache. Not sure what's going on there compared to the other version which felt great. Anyway, worst of all, each shoe squeaks up at the toe on every step and on every surface. Been waiting for it to go away with wear but it hasn't .. been 2+ weeks wearing them M-F 7a-6p 10,000+ steps/day. Driving me crazy.

Great option for composite toe shoes

Bought these for my husband for work the fit was great and they have held up through yard work and at work. He feels that they have good support and hasn't complained about his feet in the shoes.
