They definitely run a little small. Their customer service is fantastic! The blueish grey has a very slight gold shimmer which was a beautiful surprise. I am a true 7 (USA size) but they were too narrow & tight, so I exchanged for a 7.5 & they fit perfectly. When I reached out to the company in China to tell them I wanted to exchange for a different size, they refunded me 2 weeks after sending them back with UPS. They normally only refund after they receive them. Granted, it takes 3 weeks from then you order them to receive them as they are based in China, but because they responded to me within a day of emailing & they were courteous, I will definitely purchase from them again. The craftsmanship needed some work but very beautiful shoes

I was more than happy to wait on my package. I was so excited when I saw that they were delivered but when I opened the box the bows on the top were smashed (no fixing that) and you could see that the material inside of each of the bows were different.. I tried them on and they are comfortable but how could I wear them smashed and mismatched fabric.. Ugghh,, I returned them without any issues... Boo hoo,, I really wanted these shoes and it took a while for them to arrive..

Beautiful shoe, I am a 10 confidently but with zippers I get a half size bigger for a smooth zip up. but for a 10 1/2 very small and tight. One shoe the left shoe seems Crockett. I want to enjoy tje shoe especially for the price, I was treating myself. So hopefully a 11 will be better, I will try. So please replace this 10 1/2 for a size 11. Maybe they are made small.
