Great overshoot. Nice and thick. Keeps your nice shoes or house shoes protected from exposure to spills. Are waterproof from walking ninja wet or muddy areas. They a re little heavy but comfortable for a few hours. Im sure youd get hot and sweating in them if used too long but I bet they will add warmth in the winter. The sixing was big enough to use over my size 14
Seem to be good quality, and very comfortable, but I used these for a couple days and in my opinion they need to be a little taller at the top around the ankle. I get some water and dirt inside if I wear them long enough. Not a lot but some. I clean parts with a pressure washer sometimes so I am spraying and splashing water and dirt around, and am pretty hard on boots and shoes. If they were about an inch or so taller I think that would be enough to keep your shoes drier and cleaner. I put these on to protect my shoes while pressure washing, then can slip them off when I am doing other stuff. WAY better than having to put boots on and take them off several times a day.I bought the X-large and they fit my Sketchers 11.5 shoes perfect.
These rubbers are something I got because I have to unload in a field one to four times a day. I bought boots for work but they were not waterproof and the mud would cling to the lugs of the treads and get everywhere as it dried and fell off. I don't like wet feet but waterproof boots would have been another large expense and wouldn't solve the mud issue. Then I remembered that my father had worn rubbers on his boots in the winter when I was a kid. So I went looking for rubbers, and found these at Tractor Supply. They didn't have my size so I found them on Amazon. These fit over my boots snugly and I have been wearing them daily since getting them. I leave them on my boots because I suspect that taking them on and off throughout the day would be a pain. Putting on your boots with these on them is a little tighter because the rubber is constricting things. Make sure you get a big enough rubber so it fits but doesn't make you feel like you've been born to a wealthy family during the Five Dynasties period.I was worried about how they would put up with the metal anti-slip ladder rungs and catwalk on my tanker but they have not suffered any tears yet. They seem to be very durable. The added sole thickness has not been a problem driving and the tread is adequate for traction in mud and snow. Mud does not clump in the treads and comes off easily. It's nice that I don't have to think about stuff soaking into the leather of my boots and adding to their bouquet. In appearance, these kinda look like you are wearing a rubber type boot if your pant cuff rests on top of your shoe as is normal fashion. If your inseam exceeds that of your pants then you will look like you are wearing rubbers. Most who have never seen them won't be old enough to know the jokes, which is nice.
I use these Tingley stretch rubber overshoes when I water the weed pre-emergent and weed killer applied by my licensed weed control company, twice a year. I water their application about 1 week after they apply it. The first time I watered it I wore a pair of old Reeboks. I found out the sole of the Reeboks is made with 2 pieces of rubber, even though it looks like 1 piece of rubber. The chemicals separated the 2 layers and must be very strong! I wear a size 8 Reebok and ordered a Medium size overshoes. It did not fit over my Reeboks, or another sandal with 2 large strap buckles. But it did pull over a rubber sandal I wore socks under. I walked on the rocks in my garden and it is kind of a loose draggy walk. I may put some socks in the overshoes to get less wiggling; I would have to remove them before I remove the overshoes. As instructed, by putting weight on the added rubber tab to the back heel, it pulls off easily. Also I needed a long brass shoe horn to patiently figure out how to pull the overshoe on, other people might not. I think it is a correct size. I'm really glad I found this product.
These things are awesome, very little tread to pick up crap yet very grippy. Would buy again and probably will in a few years when these wear out
It looks too ugly, and difficult to put it on . I am trying to request a return but it the drop down window if buffering for 30 minutes and blacks out. Not sure it is a connection Problem. .
