Choice of heel heights

I loved the opportunity to be able to choose a heel height. I am 5'10" and don't like anything over 2 inches which hardly exist in dress shoes. I can't say much about the fit because I take Narrow but have to buy in Medium width. I use shoe inserts to take up the width. I love the shoe and punching a couple of holes in the strap to tighten is fine with me. I would recommend the shoe in spite of my problems with width.
