Why are yellow rain boots the cutest thing ever? I have been buying my daughter yellow rain boots since she was very little. She is now 9 years old and typically wears a size 1. I chose a size 2, and they appear to be true to size, potentially slightly large. However, with socks, they will fit great. The insert at the bottom of the shoe comes out easily. I did measure this for sizing in my photos. These boots do not have a scent as I have found in other boots I have purchased on Amazon. They are very yellow! Which my daughter loves because that is her favorite color. The boot itself is nice quality and the wide opening allows kids to put on themselves without assistance. I received this proud fee from the Amazon Vine program.They are heavy rain boots. For a small kid I feel these are too heavy. My nephew kept saying his feet were cold, even though he had two pairs of socks on. They’re not insulated. They do look cute on and are thick. More for a narrow foot. I feel the elastic on the side will eventually get wet from the rain and make it its way in inside the boot. Maybe if the boots were a little bit taller and elastic little bit higher.
