I love these shoes especially since these cycling shoes come assembled with the SPD cleats. Definitely a great indoor spinning shoe for spin class or riding a spin bike on your own. Not that hard to get the SPD connected to pedal. Easy to get off of the pedal. Not for walking around too much. Enough to get off the bike and walk to the bathroom. I love the lever system to adjust the shoe. These are very good, decent indoor spin shoes. I high recommend them. I have been using for several weeks and no problems yet. I will update the review once I have had the shoes for several months.I am a 10.5 shoe, so that is 44 in European.Give them a try. If you do not like them return.
