Cute, but much stiffer and smaller than expected

I own another pair exactly like these, but in tan. These are so much more stiff and they’re so small. I wear an 11, but I have broken a toe which makes it easier just to buy a 12 so that my shoe doesn’t hurt that toe. My 12s that I’ve had forever are big. They fall off regularly. I bought these in a 12 as well, knowing they’d be too big, but they are so small. Like a 10. They don’t even fit the foot without the broken toe. Really disappointed in these.

Disappointed

This is my second pair of Toms ballerina flats. I had my prior pair for over 10 years and bought these as a replacement. I am so disappointed. They shoes have left terrible blisters on the back of my heels after less then 10 minutes of walking and are not comfortable at all. Worse yet I'm out of my return window so I now have a pair shoes that are unusable. Very disappointed in this purchase.
