Tony Lama quality and comfort, a little large
I wear a 10.5 mens and boots are always a hard choice. Do you size down and hope they stretch, or size up and plan on using better insoles and thicker socks. I've learned over the years that I won't wear shoes that are too tight so I went with the size 11. Out of they box they are soft and supple and I was able to wear them the first day without any of the normal breaking in discomfort or issues, but they are large enough that my foot slides a little. I added some thicker insoles (they come with removable Tony Lama insoles that are actually decent), and now they fit just a little tight. I think they'll stretch out over time, but if not I'll trim back the toe portion of the insoles. Overall these are a good looking comfortable boot and they seem well made. I would recommend them.

A Great Pair of Boots
These boots are well worth their price. Yes, they are expensive, but if you really want high quality leather and high quality boots you have to be willing to pay a bit more than you would for something cheap. These are a well known brand of great boots and these boots live up to that quality. They do come a bit stiff as you would expect, but that is part of the fun of getting a new set of boots, breaking them in. They are great in fit and size, although if you have really wide feet they may be a bit harder to wear. I find them to be true to my size so I am happy about that. I recommend these boots!

You get what you pay for—incredible craftsmanship and quality
I understand that the price tag on these boots might cause some hesitation, but they are absolutely worth the investment. When you hold them, you can immediately tell where the money went. The quality of the leather is top-tier, and the craftsmanship is undeniable. These aren't cheap boots that will fall apart after a season; they are built to last a very long time. The "Tawny" color looks great, and the comfort footbed makes them wearable for long periods. If you are looking for a pair of boots that combine durability with high-end construction, you are paying for quality here, and it delivers.

Fell apart in 8 months, manufacturer won’t honor warranty
Within 5 months of purchasing these boots I had to re-sole the front half of them. After 3 more months the back heel of both boots has fully separated from the sole per the photos below.I reached out to the original equipment manufacturer of the boots considering they fell apart within a year, which should be covered under the Justin Brands limited warranty. They flatly REFUSED to stand by their product and honor the warranty.DO NOT PURCHASE TONY LAMA BOOTS. They are below bottom shelf in terms of quality. They fall apart in under 9 months and the manufacturer will not honor their guarantees about the product. These belong in the garbage - I strongly advise against buying anything under the Justin Brands product family. For additional context I wore these boots walking around a city: they were not subject to onerous wear and tear in the slightest. They are simply poorly made and a total rip-off.

Supple feel and fit
Once again I wish I had a 3rd foot to so I could enjoy these boots even more! Supple feel and fit at a great price. They are Tony Lama's - what more do you need to know? Solid build that will last years under heavy use and are good for the goat shed or gala - you choose.

Versatile boot. Casual to dressy. Needs a bit of break in.
It feels larger than what my typical shoe/boot size usually are. But that is ok as I was able to use a thin gel insole to make it more comfortable on the ball of my feet where the boot is hard. Yes, there is a cushion but it is mostly in the heel area.It is easy to put my feet through the shaft. I don’t even use the pull straps as I want it to keep its tucked in shape. I just pinch it in the collar area and push my feet in. The toe box is not restrictive and I have a bit of wiggle room, just how I like it. The tongue, instep and vamp have enough pressure to secure my feet in place. I experience heel slippage but it became less as the boot started breaking in. Normal for a laceless boot. There is a significant drop at the arch that I felt. It isn’t uncomfortable but immediately noticeable. My other boot of the same height/heel stack is more gradual on the drop. The lining inside is smooth and comfortable. The side seams look very clean. This is a very well-constructed boot. I just started using it two weeks ago. So far, so good. The round toe and clean lines on these boots gives it versatility. I can go casual with my jeans or a bit dressy by adding a blazer. It even looks good with a navy suit. I just make sure that it is clean and polished when I do wear it with a suit.
