The shoe fits well, but it was a bit more room than I expected. I could've gone with a regular size 11, instead of an 11 wide, but the shoe does still fit well. Because it is such a low heel, it is comfortable for all day wear. It's light as a feather, and very pretty!
These sandals are beautiful! I sized up a half size because of the previous reviewers stated to do so. I also have a bony but wide foot, I ordered a half size larger than my regular size and in wide. I probably should have ordered my regular size 7.5! The wide shoe foot bed was perfect but the strap is huge across the top of my foot. It barely even touches my skin. I am going to wear them anyway since I do not have time to return them before my formal event. The price was awesome! I saw these shoes in person at a National "Bridal" store and fell in love with them. I am glad I found them on Amazon though, much cheaper even after shipping and tax!
I think the shoes were pretty. I tend to go between 8.5 and 9. I probably should've bought the 8.5 especially since they had the wide width, but I didn't want them to be too small. They are a little awkward to get on, but will stay on once you put them on. I bought them for my wedding dress. I'm not used to wearing dressy shoes either. But I probably only had them on for 3 hours before I put my normal sandals on. My dress was long, so no one noticed. Plus it was a nice wedding reception. They fulfilled a purpose. I may or may not wear them again. That is to be determined.
Cannot adjust width of ankle strap. Even though I have a wide foot, the shoe fell off. No heel stability. Bad fit.
These shoes are so comfortable. They look great with my long dresses or short or jeans. They are just perfect.
i was almost afraid to order these as I read that it fit loose in the ankle. I have a small ankle and shank of my foot and wider in the toes. I got along fine with these shoes at my grandson's wedding, found them comfortable and very attractive. I liked them so much that I ordered another pair in a different color for the rehearsal dinner. They might feel fine wearing them all day, but I was only on my feet for several hours and found them comfortable for that length of time. They have a super nice sparkle!
This looked appropriately formal peeking out from under a long gown at a recent wedding, but was much more comfortable than a "real" heel. Loved the pewter color - quite neutral, would work with many different colors. Pretty true to size. Just wish I could have purchased them for a bit less than the $60 price, given that they will rarely be worn.
