Super cute sandals, but need better quality control
I really love the look and fit of these sandals, but they get a 4 rating from me because of customer service and quality. The first pair I ordered were a size too big, and I messaged the seller on Facebook per the instructions on the product tag. Trary’s Facebook Messenger is run by a robot, so I was only receiving automated responses for days. I decided to just return and reorder on Amazon since it was not worth it to me to wait 4 days for a live person to respond to me on Messenger. I returned and reordered a smaller size without issues, until the 2nd pair showed up and were defected. The foot strap on the left shoe was sewn incorrectly and was way too big, not fitting my foot normally at all and not matching the right shoe. I returned and reordered a second time, and my 3rd pair arrived again without issue except for these marks on the left shoe ankle strap shown in the photos. These marks are cosmetic and I’ve decided to live with them since this is the THIRD pair of these sandals I’ve ordered, but I think there needs to be better quality control with the manufacturer. The seller should also not advertise to contact them on Facebook Messenger regarding any issues if customers aren’t going to be able to reach a live person.

As soon as I received the sandals I fell in love. They were lightweight but also very good quality. When I wore them, they were so comfortable, the straps were not uncomfortable: I would say go up half a size from your normal shoe size. I had to return the first pair and the second pair was perfect.
