I have been looking for comfy white sneakers that I can wear for my trip to Asia that can go with casual dresses and these Tretorns are the only ones so far that I found comfortable. I am typically a size 6 but my toes are touching the front of the shoes when I am walking on the size 6, so the 6.5 fits me much better. They are roomy enough that I can put dr Scholls double insoles inside for extra cushion. The PU nylite is so much more comfortable than the canvas version. I ordered the canvas tretorns too but they are just to rigid that they were not comfortable enough for me.I've had tretorns in the 80s - 90s and I walked all over Disneyland on them when I was a teen. Note that I can wear thin and cushioned socks with them unlike other sneakers were if you were thick socks, your toes will be squished by the shoes. These have enough room for insoles and cushioned socks for extra cushion on your feet. These PU version are easy to clean too and will remain dry in case you get rain while traveling.

Retro Treetorns High School Days!
These are just as remembered- but lighter due to the new material. They look the same and are durable. I think they are much cuter than overdone Ked’s. They are perfect to bop around in with socks. Many reviews said they were too big and ordered a size down. Mine were a tiny bit too tight when I did not go up a half size. I wear light to medium socks and they stretched out a little.

Sharp looking style but runs long and loose
Sharp looking style and comfortable, but sizing is a little weird. I purchased my usual size 7.5 and for me, they ran slightly long (lots of empty space in the toe area) and slightly loose (all over and around the ankle). I don’t even have narrow feet and usually just wear a “regular” size 7.5. It isn’t a deal breaker since they were well priced and I think they will be ok with the right socks. But I’m definitely thinking of ordering a pair in half a size down to compare fit.

Love them.
I’ve been a fan of these particular shoes since I was in high school in the 80s! They used to come in a canvas and so I was a little worried. I wouldn’t like this nightlight as much but I do – – I love them. They go with everything and they’re super comfortable. They also aren’t heavier clunky like some shoes can be.

The sneakers are beautiful, well made, and comfortable. However, they were at least one size too large. I am a true size 9 and ordered my usual size. These sneakers are more like men's size although the description says women. The sneakers themselves are well made and comfortable. I would love to have kept them, but they are just too big.

Bulky. Two Different From The Original Tretorns
Was not sure of my size so I ordered three pair. All three were previously worn, the toe box was ugly and bulky - not the lightweight orihinal shoe it used to be. I returned them. Quite by accident, I found a pair that were more like the old fashioned ones at Marshall's and got them for a good price.

Old school Tretorns
I’m really glad I bought these. The reviews almost scared me off. They do run a bit big. My true size is 7.5, and I bought these in a 7. My feet are also narrow. The 7 fits perfectly. They are the canvas Tretorns I remember. No complaints with fit or comfort. They start out a bit stiff but will get broken in.
