I wore Tretorn Sneakers as a kid and on a whim search them out when I wanted a sneaker that didn’t totally look like a sneaker. Was so excited when I found them, but never dreamed that they would be so comfortable.First time I wore them was Chaperoning an all day field trip in New York City. I was concerned that my feet would really hurt given that I hadn’t had a chance to break them in yet. But I got to the end of the day and was amazed to realize that my feet didn’t hurt at all!Happy to report that it’s the same every time I wear these… Super happy feet! I tend to have higher arches and need sneakers with good support. There doesn’t appear to be anything special about these… Average, they don’t advertise great support, and yet they are absolutely perfect for my feet! I will definitely be behind again.
I was expecting stitched-on leather/synthetic leather for the white detail on the front of the shoe and the Tretorn symbol. Instead it is cheap iron-on vinyl which probably would peel and crack without much wear. Returned immediately - didn't even try them on for fit or comfort.
Very stiff and nothing like the Tretorns in the past.
The quality and fit are better than expected. I wore these on a trip and they were stylish and comfortable.

These are good-looking shoes, perfect for the summer as an alternative to sandals. The neutral color goes great with light colored linen pants or jeans. They are also supportive and comfortable for walking any distance.
