FINALLY!!! IT'S A FREAKIN' MIRACLE!
I have been buying expensive "comfort" black dress shoes for years. I am a wedding photographer and have to be on my feet for 8-10 hours in a professional looking dress shoe. I walk, dart, hunch, squat, and stand - a lot. The process of shoe hunting/trying has been the most miserable part of my job! I have tried so many brands that claim to be good for being on your feet (naturalizer, clarks etc) but always end up with blisters or extremely sore feet, not to mention the wasted money. I have wasted SO much money on shoes and spent even MORE on routine pedicures or reflexology to deal with the weekly soreness. I ordered these shoes and wore them to my 9 hour wedding this past Saturday and OH. MY. GOD. Finally!!!! I don't know if it's because of the sling back style (I have been wearing closed toe and heel) or the little flex dart in the front center of the shoe that lets it move with you to prevent rubbing, but I didn't have a single issue ALL DAY LONG. I'm usually limping to my camera bag during the reception to grab blister bandaids.I have FINALLY found a comfortable work shoe. It also doesnt look bad. It's not what I'd wear to go out in, but they don't look too grandma-ish for work. I am going to order a second pair just in case these disappear when I need to replace them this fall. (I go through work shoes like crazy.)If you have to be on your feet all day, but maintain a professional appearance, try these. I hope they work for everyone the way they worked for me!

Just perfect!
Bought these shoes for my Mom who wears 8.5 slim (AAA) and was very skeptical about ordering shoes via the internet. Toe box tight
Loved the look of the shoe...perfect heel height. I have a bunion on one foot but both toe boxes were uncomfortable for me. I also ordered a 9 narrow which is my regular size and the width was perfect. Ordering up a half size would not help. Had no trouble with the heel slipping out. I like more room in the toe boxes and was disappointed the Trotters were too small. Its' a lovely shoe.

Lovely, classic slingback
A lovely, classic shoe. The heel is high enough to wear with dresses but low enough (for me) to walk in comfortably. The B(M) was a bit too narrow for my toes, but the C/D was a bit too wide across the ball of my foot. I kept the wider ones and just added a gel insert for the forefoot, and it works great.

Belt buckle on one shoe needed fixing
Just received this $100 pair of shoes and had to doctor the ankle buckle on the right shoe - the tongue was on the wrong side. Not an easy fix, and disappointing to have to do so on brand new pair of shoes, but I needed them for work and had no options. The shoe fits true to size (8.5WW) and is comfortable to walk in, but I am concerned about durability - the ankle straps are secured by thin elastic. Not sure these will last long and that will be a huge blow to my wallet. I'm bringing a backup pair of black flats for my business trip.

Comfortable for a wedding right out of the box
These shoes fit true to size and are very comfortable. Wore them for a wedding after receiving them. Feet never hurt during the evening and we did a lot of dancing. Many shoes cause the ball of my foot or toes to hurt but these did not. Appreciate the sling back style to comfortably adjust the strap for the length of each of my feet.
