Basic slide to wear out and about
These shoes are an easy to fit slide-style shoe that uses good looking materials and is designed with the western foot in mind. I wear a US 6.5, so I sized up to the 7. I also have an extremely wide foot. These fit the length with room to spare, and the up-sizing gave me the extra space I needed. The materials are synthetic, so I think they’ll work well for the wetter spring months when I switch from closed shoes back to sandals, (I wear flip flops down to the low 40s!) The footbed is slightly molded to fit the natural curve of feet, and the bottom has a decent texture to help avoid slips. With wear, this should get even better. Stylistically, they’re classic with an understated color scheme that make them fit with a wide range of clothes.

Smelly, small, slick!
I got these sandals for my wife. The sandals came in a standard shoe box and were packed as one would expect. BUT…. As soon as you open the box you are met with the nastiest chemical smell! It’s like acetone mixed with formaldehyde. It’s not faint either. After several days of airing out, they still have a smell to them.After letting them air out, my wife tried them on and immediately reported they were small. She’s a 9.5 US and we ordered the size 10. They still fit but have a snug foot print.They are not good on anything but dry ground! Just walking around the house my wife repotted slipping in the kitchen if water hits the floor. We live in Alaska so there’s 0 chance of using these to check the mail in the winter time but will function relatively fine come summer.I don’t think they are worth the drawbacks listed above but they do look cute.

A Great-Looking Shoe, but Not My Choice for Long Walks
3.5 stars rounded down for comfort and price. These shoes, while not amazing, make for a fun, stylish statement on a budget. The looks are very good, and the shoes are just like the listing pictures. The materials hold up to scrutiny, even though they’re just faux wood and faux leather. I was also pleased that the shoes didn’t slip around on wood or tile surfaces, too. It is brought down by the main factor for me, though, which is the comfort. I like how there’s some padding for the heel to cushion it. However, besides that, there’s no give in the shoe. The faux leather top digs into my foot if I’ve worn it for a while and is pretty rigid.Overall, these shoes look very nice, and would be good for a quick jaunt around town, but wouldn’t be my choice for anything involving a bunch of walking. I am happy with them, though I wish the value for the price was a bit better as well, especially given the cheaper materials.

I don’t recommend, not comfortable!
I didn’t care for these at all :( they are stiff and uncomfortable to wear and the fabric is so rigid it cut into the tops of my feet with each step. I’m sure they could be broken in, but I can’t see myself wearing them for more than an hour due to blisters! The soles themselves are wooden and clack-y, equally stiff with no flexibility. I like the style of the shoes and I was excited to get a pair in the color white. But, if I am not comfortable, I won’t wear them!
