Product did not fit as advertised
The purpose of this review is to inform potential customers of a problem I had with a specific feature of the product and my experience with it. The specific feature in question is the advertised size of the product. Being able to receive an item in a specific, advertised size is, to me, a very important feature that is critical to my decision to purchase an item. I ordered US 10; however, when I tried them on, both shoes felt way too large. I double checked my order online, the invoice, and the packaging material...all said U.S. size 10, which should have been correct. I then looked inside each shoe and saw the tags said US 12. My experience with this incorrectly sized product leads me to believe that it would be very dangerous to practice martial arts with ill fitting footwear, making me susceptible to potential ankle, knee, and/or hip injury. I will not comment further on my ongoing inability to contact the vendor for a refund or replacement.
