Thread comes apart- no refund for defective sandals even when returned within 30 days.

NOT HAPPY ABOUT NOT BEING REFUNDED FOR A DEFECTIVE SANDAL RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER WEARING THEM MAYBE 3x!I wore these sandals maybe 2-3 times to work and the knot came completely apart because the thread broke. I returned the defective sandals within the 30 day window and asked for a replacement. I wasn’t notified at that time that my size was no longer in stock, nor did the seller know when it would be back in. I checked the status and found that information out, so I cancelled the order to get refunded instead. No refund, no communication from the seller as to the status- just kept my money and now I have no sandals being replaced!Buyer beware! They are cute and comfortable, but run very small (I had to order twice to get the extra wide vs a wide size). If your sandals come apart like mine did, take them to a tailor or shoe repair place to fix the cheap thread problem!

A little different than expected but still nice!

These shoes are a good height (not too tall) and comfortable. I'm 5'2", so I always like a bit of a heel. As one other reviewer shared, the pink is not quite the same as in the photo...it has a slight peachy element to it, but stil nice. The fabrick is also different than I had a sense of (albeit fine) as it has a little simmer to it. The only thing I wish was a little different (albeit not a deal breaker at all) is that the natural looking material that is on the wedge part is a little darker than I care for and it has a slight lacquer to it...not alot of shine but just a little. I also ordered them in the black (which I thought, like the pink, would be a more sueded material but it's the same as the pink. I would have ordered the white as well but I couldn't find it in stock ANYWHERE. The sizing is spot on and the width was perfect as well. I ordered the Medium width. Have yet to wear them but I'm looking forward to it.

Buy bandaids

Disappointing. I should have ordered wide. I thought they were simply snug. By the end of the day, I had a sore on the top of my foot underneath the knot. I love the look of these shoes, and the materials are beautiful, but there needs to be some give such as a small elastic piece where the material meets the cork sole. I’m hoping in time these will stretch for more comfort. I’d give these 5 stars if I wasn’t now walking around with a bandaid on top of my foot.
