Drilling rig
So comfortable. My 3rd pair. They last about a year working on an oil rig. The soles start to break down from drilling fluids after about a year but that’s a good run on a pair of boots.

So comfortable. My 3rd pair. They last about a year working on an oil rig. The soles start to break down from drilling fluids after about a year but that’s a good run on a pair of boots.
This is my third pair of boots from Twisted X. The first time purchased from Amazon. The boots were a gift, have less than 80 hours wear time and are making a hideous noise every right step. There is a broken part in the sole. Twisted X told me to take them to the retailer. Amazon told me it was too far past date of purchase, so even though they have a year factory warranty, Amazon will do nothing. B S EXCUSES!I’m left alone to try to get action on this $230 pair of boots. SHAME ON AMAZON! They once again show how little they care about customers & their satisfaction in products sold that make them rich. THAT is the one thing they care about. Being globally rich.
Beautiful color, fit great, good quality, comfortable
I like the looks.of the boot and it fit great right out of the box.
This is the second pair I have got of these. They have very thin leather not meant for any manual labor work. These boots are only 3 months old. The first pair lasted the same amount of time. Although they are not durable they are very comfy boots but just are not meant for a work setting.
Moisturize the leather with mink oil and they’ll last longer lol. These boots are “working leather” such as saddles, reigns, bridals and I’m a lineman so my climbing gear as well. I’ve had my boots for over a year and used leather treatment such as mink oil and other products. You don’t use the oils then your boots won’t last long. ID BUY THESE OVER AND OVER AGIAN!!
I saw these were becoming popular and everyone liked them so I bought some when I was due for a new pair. I wear a 14 EE in every shoe or boot I've ever worn. These were tight but I was determined to break them in so I bought thinner socks and broke them in. After breaking them in they were very comfortable and were the best looking pair of steel toes I'd ever had. The only complaint was a squeaking noise coming from the heel sometimes. Then the other day I noticed they were busted. I was very disappointed. I work in an automotive style plant. When I was in Maintenance the basic Ariat work hogs would last a year and a half and the sole would be worn down so I'd just buy more. I'm now in an engineering role and sit at a desk more then I'm on my tools and these lasted 7 months. Very disappointed and won't buy again. Will go back to Ariat or Doube H.
