I was very hesitant to order boots online because shoe's usually have to be tried on to ensure a proper fit but these boots exceeded my expectations. I usually wear size 8 which is what I ordered, and they are true to size. They are exactly as pictured and very well made. The sole is 3/4 of an inch thick. Often, a boot of this height irritates the ankle bone, but these boots do not, they are completely comfortable. My only regret is they don't make additional colors as I would have ordered additional pairs.
