Daughter absolutely loves her skate shoes. Really love that you have an option to remove the front skate and just use the heel skate like the name brand shoes or you can add the front skate and have full skates.
My 8 year old Daughter really likes these. They are good quality and fit like they should. The light up is also a good feature too.
I bought this as a Christmas present. The shoes are great. You can remove or add the top roller to the shoe if you want to use it for skating. Because only a day has passed, I will give it four stars. As of now, I would recommend the shoes.
These skate shoes were a hit with my 8 year old for christmas. She loves them! Easy to take front wheels in and out and easy to put back wheels away. The light up feature is amazing, you can choose so many light options!
Oh, did I hear for months and months -- years even -- about how much my kid wanted roller shoes. Finally over Christmas, I broke down and bought him a pair. He was SO excited, but the excitement gave way to lukewarm regard, even disappointment in very short order.As other reviewers have mentioned, for these to function properly as skates (with both toe and heel wheels engaged) involves plugging in a pretty cumbersome back wheel, which probably only a parent can do, except in the case of older kids/teens.My kid figured he would just wear the shoes around without this wheel installed, like regular shoes. The problem with this: the battery pack for the lights sits right inside the upper shoe flap near the ankle and just isn't comfortable for daily use.This may just be the foregone conclusion about roller shoes -- all flash and no substance, which is why we don't see our little darlings wheeling around everywhere. Just be warned that if your son or daughter comes begging, chances are you are both in for inevitable disappointment.
My daughter uses them at least once a week. Very sturdy. I would say a but too stiff but she likes them
