Amazing Comfort for Daily Drivers

The arch support on these is ridiculous. I never even knew why people were like "arch support this, arch support that" until I tried these shoes. Honestly, my outlook on the UGG brand has changed completely after wearing these. As you can see in the pictures, been rocking them daily for about 2-months now, still in good shape. PREVIOUS to these shoes, my go-to brands were : Sperry, Cole-Haan and I noticed they've been declining in quality/style while increasing in price. I branched out, ordered several pairs from Amazon from other brands and these were the only ones I kept. Because the arch support is so intense, I can understand why some people don't like them, or rather don't fit in them because they have giant feet. Trust me when I say if you have "normal" feet you're going to love these shoes.In terms of style, they're just okay in my humble opinion, but just okay can be nice, especially for daily drivers.And that's all I have to say about that. Replace arch support unless you have a thin foot

The arch support is an overkill. It is a great arch support, very thick, very impressive, but it makes the show 1/2 size smaller. I had to replace the (very nice) arch support because it is extremely thick and the shoe fits extremely tight. Once I replaced the arch support for a another regular one, the shoe fits me well.Secondly, the shoe looks nice, the material looks good, the style is fine. However I did not want to pay +120 dollars as it was advertised the first time I saw it. When I saw the picture I loved the color and the style but I wasn't sure about the price. Don't get me wrong, most of my shoes on that style are from Johnston & Murphey around +100 dollars. And for some reason I wasn't sure on paying +100 for those UGG. Then on Memorial Day I found it half price, at 60 dollars and I decided to buy them. I think 60 dollars is still high for what I have. I would prefer paying 100 for Johnston & Murphey than 60 for these. However, I think they are "OK" (but they don't look as stylish as J&M), and again, the materials look of good quality. They are comfortable, but I have had more comfortable shoes. Maybe the fact that I did not return them can give you an idea that they are just "fine". If you like them, go for it. But be prepared to replace the arch support.

Oh my!!! My Ugg Hepners arrived today (as scheduled). When I put them on I was thrilled with the fit. I typically wear a men's size 12 medium width (US) and these are perfect. Sooo comfortable and stylish and they came with an extra pair of insoles and laces. Ugg is a wonderful company and these shoes are perfect. Thanks

Good shoe! Arch support was a problem.

I would rate the shoes 4 stars, and the seller 2 stars. It took them nearly a week to prepare the shipment. My Amazon Prime membership shipped quickly as expected but - because of the seller - I waited 8 days to receive these.The shoes look great. I usually wear a 9.5, but a 9 fits with a little extra room. I have an average arch in my foot and never really need to think about arch support or special insoles. The" arch support" as noted in this items description is a real thing. Both are more than normal, and in the left shoe it was much more significant than the right, causing the weight in my left foot to rest in the middle of the arch, rather than putting the weight on the heel and ball of my foot like normal. I had to switch out the sole. Right foot is okay, which is weird because I don't have a significant difference between my feet, so I think the insoles are a little inconsistent.Have worn for a few weeks now, walking several miles at a time in them (I am on my feet for work). They are holding up well and still look fresh and new.
