1. Size - I normally wear size 9, but I ordered size 8 and it was a good fit, so yes, they run big, you better off sizing down.2. Style - they look chunky, but from the distance just by looking in the mirror they don’t look too bad. I could leave with the style. I ordered white color and the color is pretty for the summer and light dresses. They do look like hospital shoes but it doesn’t bother me at all and with the right look you could get away with it.3. Feels - they feel very secure on my foot, meaning they are not sliding off my foot like the other UGG shoes. However, they feel very plastic on my feet and because I have bunions issues I can tell that I will not be able walk in them for very long. They do not feel good on my feet. It is like wearing plastic polyester dress, itchy sweater or something that doesn’t go well with your skin even though they fit right. So, to the touch not very pleasant and not the type of shoe I would want to keep on my feet for a long period of time. I do have other HOKA rubber slippers and I don’t feel that way because the rubber is soft and feels more organic. These UGG slippers feel more like plastic. I don’t mind the soles being plastic but they feel plastic around my foot as well.4. No arch support, very flat.I personally will not keep them, however they might work for other people that do not have same issues as me (bunions and skin sensitivity). Adjustable straps are very helpful.5. Value for the money - I appears to me that the price includes the brand mostly and not the quality of the product itself.
