My 8 yr old loves his new slides! They fit as expected and are very comfortable. Even better is the adjustable velcro on the front part around the toe area. My son has a narrow foot and cannot wear the slides without the velcro front. Definitely a great purchase!
I've had these sandals for a year now, they are still in very good condition and I wear them almost constantly during the summer. Sure, they were a little more pricey than other sandals of this type, but they have really held up. The little bumps on them are comfortable rather than being too hard on my feet like others I have tried. I also like the bit of arch support that they have.The velcro does sometimes come loose, but that's usually only when I'm doing something like weeding the garden and my feet are more bent because I'm kneeling down, so it would be nice if the velcro was a little wider.
My son uses these as slides to wear to/from the ice rink. This pair is just to replace the pair he outgrew, but his old ones could easily be handed down or worn for longer. So they last, but I don't know if that would be different if he wore them more than to/from hockey and skating.
I bought these for my 10 yr old son. He has higher arches and the gel soles are amazing for him. I am concerned about the gel if they will soon smell from sweaty feet but so far so good. He has worn them for hours walking and never complained his feet hurt like some slides that have the "massage" bumps in them or others like his Nike that were just flat and hurt after walking long distances. I will update if they start to stink.
My 8 year old wanted these for summer. He loved them! Fit as expected and style was on point!
My son loves these sandals. He says they are very comfortable with a lot of cushion and support. They fit perfectly with a little room for his foot to grow. I expect he can wear these for a year or so before he grows out of them.
Under Armour still has nice padding in the bottom of the shoe, but they have cheapened the sole of the shoe. It now looks more "plastic" when formerly the soles had more of a "rubber" appearance. These are more slippery to walk in. Still pretty well padded and comfortable to walk in all day.
