Tactical Boots that withstand everything I throw at them
I work in corrections and have had 3 pairs of the boots. The are very comfortable, have good ankle support, and have a high enough rubber sole that you can step into liquids that are spread on the floor and not worry about getting your socks wet. The top is a mesh type of nylon that I like because it allows venting, but because of that just know they are not water proof on top. The fit is true to size but do run a little wide, which I prefer. Each pair can last me around a year, depending on level of use. The ones that I retire usually become boots for working outside. Good value, have the tactical look that is part of the uniform, keep your feet cool, and the zipper is a must for me.

I absolutely loved these boots for security work. Light weight, airy and comfortable. Only drawback is durability but I’d have them on around 18 hours a day so it may just be a me problem.

UPDATED 11/20/2021:While I like these boots, this is the second pair that I have had that after 2 months, the insole rear heal has ripped out on me and started to cause discomfort. I think the heal really needs to be reinforced better with higher quality material, too bad such a shame if not for that.Original Post:These Boots are very nice I like them a lot they're pretty nice looking very comfortable I had an ankle injury a few years ago and needed some more support and these work great the zipper is a very nice touch makes it very easy to take them on and off and I enjoy them I might even try getting the higher boots.

Under Armour is worth the price and looks great.
Quick fit like a sneaker, slips right on with heavy-weight pull loop on rear while it zips up with full comfort. Walking on concrete all day long these keep my feet relaxed and it's nearly like walking on a slim mattress, minus the bulk or awkwardness. Easy to clean as well and I think they look great when you're just in uniform and not a Class-A, dressed to impress situation. Strongly recommend these type boots if you want something quick, comfy and easy.

Like these overall..
I work on an ambulance and bought these through the "try before you buy" option. I hate going out shopping, period, so I chose to try these. I have heard a lot of my coworkers love UA boots.These boots are very comfortable, even without inserts. They are easy to slip on. I like the side zip feature.BUT.... these are marketed as "TACTICAL". They are only tactical in looks. They do NOT have a steel or composite toe. However; there is a thicker rubber at the end that has seemed to prove itself well so far. They ARE NOT WATERPROOF. I got into an inch of water and could feel it seeping in over the soles. They are NOT slip resistant AT ALL. The slightest bit of moisture on the ground and you better have something to support yourself with or to keep from falling.While there are more negatives in my review, I do overall like these and feel no need to return them. I won't be purchasing these the next time though, only to seek something that meets the begatives of these
