Defective product!

Defective product! DO NOT buy these boots from this seller! After I had worn them for maybe six months at the most (and not during the winter, because they’re not appropriate for winters where I’m from), the outsole on the right boot cracked. I fixed it with Gorilla Glue, and continued to wear them—but not for very long because it cracked again. So I ordered a repair kit and when I was dismantling both heel outsoles (so the repairs would match), I found out that either the right one had been messed up in the factory and sold anyway, or that someone had returned them and the company “fixed” it and put them up for sale again. As you should be able to tell by the photos, the left outsole popped out entirely entact, while the right heel had obviously been filled with something. Don’t get screwed over by this vendor! By the way, I would have given this product zero stars but Amazon requires us to “Choose a rating to continue.” 🤬
