DO NOT SIZE DOWN BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO TIGHT ON ME!
These are cute shoes, and seem to be made well enough, although I have only tried them on, and not worn them. I look at ALOT of REVIEWS of products before I buy, and I went down in size from my usual size 9 to a size 8 1/2 when I ordered these because people recommended that for these shoes. I was disappointed with the results of that decision to follow that advice. These shoes felt tight on my foot, and my toes went right to the very edge of the end of the shoe, with no room to spare at all. Then, I took out the extra insole that was sitting loose inside the shoe, which made the shoe more comfortable/less tight across the top of my foot, but these shoes don't offer alot of support so I hated having to sacrifice that to make them more comfortable. Also, that didn't change the fact that my toes still come to the very end of the shoes. (I was wearing basic knit socks when I tried them on, too, that are of average thickness.) I normally wear size 9, and based on this experience, with this particular shoe, I would not go any lower than 9, at the very least, and I really think that I should have gone UP to a 9 1/2, or even a size 10 if the half-size isn't available, to be sure that I had room inside the shoe for a comfy insole for more support. I recommend that you order JUST ONE PAIR, for SIZING, and if they feel right when you try them on, THEN order MORE COLORS, or a different size, accordingly. I'm buying these in mid-January, to have for warm weather shoes, because by next month they will be selling out alot more as more womens' thoughts turn to their spring/summer wardrobe. You might also want to order other insoles that are extra supportive or comfortable for your particular taste in footwear, though this item does come with an extra one sitting loose inside each shoe.

Great shoe for the price
Surprised at the quality and comfort for the price. These fit fairly well, have some cushion and are nice looking. They are not designed for long walks but will work great for a quick trip to the store in a pair of jeans or capris. I like this green and am going to buy another pair in light grey!

Dingy
I was really happy with these shoes when I first started wearing them. They fit well and were reasonably comfortable (kind of hot, didn't breathe well in the summer heat) and they looked just like the Keds I loved so much as a kid decades ago. The problem came when they became a bit dingy looking after a couple weeks and I washed them in my washing machine. While everything else came out looking clean, the shoes looked exactly the same. I ran them through the washing machine again; no difference. The fabric doesn't clean well at all! So, sadly, I won't be buying another pair of this brand.

Obsessed. No, really I mean it
Abridged Review: US 8.5/9, super narrow foot. The fit is slightly tighter than expected but they stretched out by mid-day and feel fantastic. I will be buying more. I thought shoes like this no longer existed.The Unabridged Version: I purchased a green pair that fit a little looser, but these are still perfect for how I pictured wearing them (no laces/no socks). They slip right on and off but still hold on enough that I could almost certainly jog or run if needed. I don't care about arch support but if that's your thing I would assume these are not for you. That said, there's a good amount of cushion throughout the shoe compared to similar, more expensive styles like chuck converse, keds or toms. These are like a freaking slipper compared to those guys. The only thing of note is that the green pair I mentioned earlier has a different design on the insole, so that along with the slightly different fit (and longer shipping time) lead me to believe that each color shoe is made in a different facility and therefore the actual fit may not be the same. My husband still advised me to order more while they're still affordable, so he likes them too! :)

Compared to the name brand
In case you're like me and are buying these as an alternative to the name brand version.....I bought these to save some $, however, while they were being shipped my husband and I decided to go to a shoe store to buy him some new work shoes, said shoe store had buy one get one half off so I ended up getting the name brand for half price (which only ended up being a few dollars more than these). That is the story of how I ended up with both. Now for the comparison..The name brand are slightly off white where these are white white. The name brand have "dream foam" which makes them very comfortable BUT the amazon ones are fairly comfortable themselves. The canvas that covers the toe area is slightly thicker and more sturdy on the name brand. I dont have anymore to say for the comparison, but I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself. With all of that said, I prefer the name brand IF you can get them for half off like I did, it makes them around $23 and i think it's definitely worth the extra few dollars, however, if you are going to have to pay full price I'd say do it if you have the money but if you're on the frugal side like me I think these are a fantastic alternative. They are comfortable enough, and they look super cute. I cannot speak about the quality and how long they might last though. If I didn't end up with the name brand ones I think I would've been perfectly happy with these! I hope this helps someone else make their decision!
