Surprisingly, these boots really do reach all the way up to the knee, and they fit true to size—I ordered my usual 9 and had no issues with pinching, even around my larger calves. The square toe and roomy leg design give them a modern, comfortable feel, and walking in them has been pain-free so far, though the slick soles on carpet and lack of cushioning means I’ll be adding inserts for longer wear.
