Best freaking boots ever, honestly.
I spent over a year researching high-quality leather combat-style boots. Checked all the premier retailers, tried a bunch on in person. Couldn't find anything that was cute, comfy, and could still handle wild terrain if I chose.I bought these boots in a last ditch effort in 2023 thinking that worst case scenario I get a season out of them before they fall apart.Jokes on me. They're the best damn boots I own.So comfy, I regularly wear them walking downtown, to the farmers market, to the corn maze. I literally walk 5-10 miles in them without any issues. (Just don't wear short socks.)Plus, they're durable af. Yea, sure, the synthetic leather is starting to wear and peel off some of the protruding edges. But all in all, these have worn beautifully over 2 years.I'm buying a black pair today.

My favorite pair of boots!
Even though these are combat boots, the design is not bulky or rough at all, they actually look really pretty and well balanced. They are incredibly comfortable, and even knowing they’re made of synthetic leather, they feel great and hold up well.I bought them back in 2022, and here I am in 2025 still wearing them very often. They’ve developed character over time without ever looking worn out or sloppy. I’ve traveled in them, walked long distances, worked long days, and they’ve always been reliable.They’re truly versatile: perfect for everyday casual wear, but also easy to dress up when you want a more polished look. Honestly, they’ve become a staple in my wardrobe.I’m now seriously considering buying the same model in brown, which says a lot. I definitely recommend these boots.

Easy to wear, comfortable, super cute!
These boots are surprisingly comfy, I wore them all day on my first wear with them to a college football game and did lots of walking/standing/stadium steps and they never hurt my feet. True to size, small heel but not enough to make your legs sore, decent cushioning, easy off and on with side zipper. They do make a little noise as you may expect with this type of material when you walk but maybe I'm just one to notice that kind of thing! Overall great purchase for the price!

Great combat boots
So excited to receive these combat boots. They fit great/true to size. This is my second pair. The first pair lasted about 6 years and were worn frequently. I think the design of this pair far surpasses the previous ones. They look more refined. These boots are very comfortable. You will be so glad you bought them.

The perfect little booties!
These are just so super cute! Appear to be true to your regular size. I normally wear a size 10, and purchased these in a size 10, and the fit is perfect. They are roomy enough that I could still wear a thick pair of socks if needed.They are extremely comfortable and stylish looking. The laces aren't the best, but that's easy enough to fix. The sole appears to be sturdy and non-slip. I would also like to mention that the seller is fantastic! I had some issues with the boots at first, and the seller immediately rectified the problem. Super easy to work with. A true pleasure!I noticed that one of the black pairs they offered is actually leather. It is $20 more, but I am happy to pay that for leather. However, I am still on the fence, and having done some research they do not appear to be 100% leather.But I truly highly recommend these, the color choices are awesome, and they look great with anything, jeans shorts or a dress. Very versatile.I do not know how they will hold up long-term, but I guess we will see. If anything drastic happens I will definitely update this review. So far I am happy. Good value and stylish!
I like this boot. Many, many years ago, I used to have an almost identical style (in leather) purchased from Eddie Bauer. I looked on their website and couldn’t find the boot. Not sure if they still make it or if it’s out of season. For the price this boot is stylish although a little boaty feel at the top of my feet, the length/size is perfect. My feet tend to expand and contract slightly so this may work out well. After wearing it for a few days, I can tell this boot may make my feet feel hot-meaning the synthetic material doesn’t breathe like leather. Because of that, this fall I’ll check back with Eddie Bauer in hopes they have the leather boot. For the deep discounted price, I’ll live with this boot for play days.Update to my previous review.It’s now Dec 2021 and colder weather has come to California . I’ve been wearing these boots as I fly up and down the state to see family and friends for a few months now. My goodness they are sooo comfortable and the cushion in the sole is soo soft when I’m walking the long corridors of the airport and sightseeing in the cities. I’m now sold on these boots for the comfort and beauty. I was concerned about the lack of breathing since they are synthetic but that’s not an issue at all. Also, I get so many compliments on their beauty. I’m ordering another pair in the darker brown or black. One thing that I’ve yet to figure out is how to get the shoe lace to stay tied. Both keep coming untied even if I tuck it it inside the top area. However, that’s minor and I’ll have a few kids help show me how to tie it securely. I love the side zipper as well. That helps In instances when airport metal detectors go off. These boots will trigger the security and they’ll have you remove them even in the TSA pre check line. No problem, the zipper makes it easy to slip back on after going thru security. I was also concerned about them feeling big at the top of my feet but now I do like that I’ve ordered a half size larger because this winter I’m wearing thicker socks. I can now comfortably recommend you give this boot a chance for comfort, style, ease of wear and reasonably priced. Good luck to everyone.
