Review UPDATE: Best Vibram shoes to date!
25 October 2025: do NOT wear these hiking. They are not intended to be worn on rough terrain. How do I know? Because I tried them on a trail. I might as well have been barefoot. I felt every rock, acorn, twig. Heed the warning and invest in the Vibram trek shoes instead!I have been wearing Vibram shoes for years. I've tried different styles, some of those awesome and some not the greatest. These are the best. Hands down. I wear them all day and I forget I have them on.The shoe is true to size. I wear between a 6.5 - 7. The toes are a tad long, but it isn't noticeable to me. The shoe material is breathable. If you like to wear socks, they would be comfortable to do so. (I prefer no socks). There is a little pad on the heel, that I was initially concerned about. No issue whatsoever. The sole is thin, but not too thin. I especially like that there is just enough sole shape for my arch. I also really like how this style of shoe wraps my foot, no pun intended. It gives the feeling of a sneaker, without the pressure of them. I have been wearing these to the gym and again, perfect shoe.I would say that if you are considering Vibram/toe shoes, this would be the pair to start with.I'll buy more of these. They truly are the best shoe I have ever put on my feet.
