Beautiful and made well!
I bought these boots after seeing them in person at a department store. I have large calves and finding boots that go over my calves is almost impossible, so I went for these since they sit just under my calves.DESIGN: The gold hardware on the boot is very nice, including the zippers, which have a nice weight to them and don't feel cheap at all.FIT: Unlike other reviewers, I didn't find these boots to be narrow. My feet are a little bit on the wide side but these fit fine in my normal shoe size. I didn't size up however, so I would recommend going up at least half a size up if you plan on wearing thick socks with these. The leather is soft so there isn't much of a break-in period. The inside of the boot has a fabric lining that's suede-like, so it's a nice detail. There isn't much of an arch support, however.I have never received so many compliments on shoes before. A stranger pointed out that he (yes, a he!) thought the detail on the heel was just beautiful. And it is! This was definitely one of the BEST purchases I have ever made!

Black is Beautiful Baby!
I am Soooo In Love with this Boot. I ordered it in the Molten color initially but sent it back cause I didnt like the color. They were out of the black in my size at the time... But I kept checking and about a month later it was available in the black. This boot is awesome. I wore it for the first time this week and got lots of compliments. The gold really makes this boot "pop"....Its very comfortable and fits true to size. When I ordered it in the Molten color, it seemed to fit a lit tight across the toe box but not the case with the black. My girlfriend saw these and fell in love with them. She ordered a pair for herself. She has very HUGE calves but they fit her with no problem. She normally misses out on all the cute boots cause of this reason. So if any one is concerned abt the calf size then you won't have any problems here.

I absolutely love these boots! They look expensive and they are definitely comfy. I ordered a 1/2 size up from 8.5 to a 9 because the reviews said that were a bit narrow. They weren't too narrow for my feet though and I think that they fit true to size because the 9 was a bit big for me seeing as I tried the shoes on with stockings. However, if you plan on wearing thick socks with them then I'd definitely go the 1/2 size up. So I'm going to keep the 9. A great buy guys..... I just received them 2 days ago and they have become my go to boot already (no breaking in required) and the compliments I've received make me feel like I made a great choice.

beautiful but ouch!!...
It is a beautiful, unique boot. However, for an expensive boot, the leather is very stiff and the boot is extremely narrow. It hurts so badly. I am a size 7, however, I purchased a 7 1/2 and it was still too narrow. The length fits though. I am so in love with the style of these boots that I returned the 7 1/2 and ordered 8 1/2.The 8 1/2 was too big and it was still narrow. (I do not have a wide foot.) I wish I could say that this boot is soft and worth the money. In my opinion, it is not. I can find a softer "imitation" leather that is comfortable for a lot less.Sorry. Had to send them back.

Very narrow shoes
I was super excited for these boots, I had a similar pair by the same designer years ago that I loved and they fit perfectly. I wore them daily for a few years. The moment I put these on my feet began to hurt. Extremely narrow boots. I have wider feet, but not super wide, but these are just way too narrow. I could not even get them on with normal socks, I had to put them on with extremely thin ones. Sadly had to return.
