I loved these shoes so much, I just bought them again. They are quality, built to last. I wore the other ones to death over the course of 5+ years (I think). You can't go wrong with Vionic. I am a 7.5 but I bought both pairs in 8, because I like the extra toe room, but they are true to size. I can say I have friends who swear by Asics, but the fabric above their big toes seems to rip. Granted they are runners and I'm a walker, just saying mine never ripped. I can say that you need to be patient at first as your foot molds the insole to your particular foot/arch. After you break them in, they are HEAVEN to wear. I'll opt for them in the house over my house shoes, they feel that good!

Not exactly the most stylish, but these shoes have been so supportive that they have allowed me to start walking again after months of plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. I can't live without them!In terms of wear and tear, the sole seems to wear a little more than other shoes with similar use.Will provide another update once I wear them a bit more regularly and over longer periods of time.UPDATE: After 9 months of semi-regular wear (more for occasional day-to-day for running errands, not for extensive walking/exercising), I have to replace these shoes. They are great shoes, but I would love them to last longer. They now cause more pain, aren't as supportive as they were, and they are starting to come apart, as others have also included in their reviews. A little disappointing, but I'm still getting another pair! I have tried other vionic sneakers and these seem to be the best fitting (for me) and most effective for my plantar fasciitis and tendonitis.

Runs 1/2 to whole size too small
I own several Vionic sneakers and one pair very similar to this pair. The ones that I own were purchased before Vionic was sold to Caleres in 2018. I would purchase several pairs so when a pair would get old I would have backups. If I like something especially a sneaker, I will purchase 3 pairs in the same style and color doesn't matter.Since then, Vionic unfortunately is not the same and they are making the sneakers cheaper and smaller. I am a true size 7 always and I held up all my previous Vionic's that I own before the buyout and they are all a true size 7 and well made. This sneaker is much smaller, and it does not have the same supportive comfortable footbed. The arch support is fine, but the shoe runs short, and the foot bed is thin and hard. I returned this pair. I also purchased the same pair from Zappos just to make sure it wasn't a onetime issue and I had to return the size 7 for the same issues. Sizing is wrong and quality is not as good as in the past. The style of the sneaker I like a lot but they need to improve the quality and sizing.

Perfect support for hard working feet
Working floral design during Valentine's and Mothers' day means 12-14 hour shifts standing on concrete. These sneakers are amazing. I have a torn meniscus in one knee but with these sneakers there was no foot or knee pain after long hours. Other sneakers I tried left me with near debilitating pain, barely able to walk. I found the arch support excellent. I ordered a wide width, which I don't normally wear, and was so pleased with the extra room in the toe box. These were very comfortable with thin socks and fit perfectly. If your feet are as hard working as mine, don't hesitate to buy these. Worth it at any price.
