Plantar Fasciitis Relief
I had Plantar Fasciitis and a friend, who is a doctor , recommended the Bella sandals by Vionic ; and it did help , but I also did the stretch exercises for Fasciitis. It was created by a Dr Podiatrist. It takes approximately one week and a few days more.

Cute, great arch support, but blister city near the toe strap!
This particular sandal has a cloth silver upper with a soft brown suede lining that comes in direct contact with your foot. It sits very low on the top of the foot compared to other sandals, and has a little bow made of silver cord that is sewn on. The tips of the cords have a metal cap. Though the shoe is cute, it causes blisters very close to the toes. I think it's a combination of the stitching that attaches the cute bow causing that area to be stiff, the material of the bow, and the fact that where the sandal sits is so low on the foot (near the middle of the toes, where the toe strap is). The shoe itself is super cute and I love that it's sparkly! However, this isn't a bright silver color. It's more of a pewter grey with sparkles. The sizing is good, if not a little inconsistent between different shoes of the same size. The thing that is WONDERFUL about Vionic is the arch support! The sole of this sandal is quite firm, but does have some give, and the fabric that covers it is a brown suede-like material. You get incredible arch support with these sandals!I wore these to a baby shower the day they arrived and I received compliments on them. I also wore them all day the next day. In just a day and a half, I have a red sore spot on the top of my foot, near my toes that's becoming a blister. I'd hoped the fact that the silver was fabric and not stiff plastic would mean that I wouldn't get a blister.I'm m no stranger to Vionic or this particular sandal. Unfortunately, I have Plantar Fasciitis and Vionic shoes were recommended by my podiatrist. my first pair of Vionics was a sandal like these, but with a plastic outer strap. I mention that because I have something to compare the silver ones to. The plastic strap ones also had the brown suede liner on the straps, and a bow. They caused horrible blisters in the same location too. I thought it was because of the plastic, and hoped that fabric strap would be softer. I'm convinced it's the cord bow combined with the stitching, how low the shoe sits on the toes, and perhaps how stuff the cord is that is causing the blister. When I run my fingers over the inside of the straps, they're super soft, and it makes no sense that I get blisters.They're super cute sandals! They're wonderful for Plantar Fasciitis pain. It's sort of recessed at the heal, and has a cup to hold the heal. The arch support is phenomenal and truly helps! They're well made shoes that will last a long time. The blister in between the toes is a deal breaker for me. My foot already hurts tremendously, and I'm not looking to add more pain - especially from shoes that are so expensive.Having said that, there are many other styles by this brand and I will try a different sandal. I regularly wear their canvas beach shoes and love them.This a great brand and a well made sandal. It's fashionable too, but it needs something tweaked where the bow is.

Excellent Quality, Comfortable with Arch Support, Beautiful Style
This is my 6th pair of Vionic shoes, and the third pair in this style. I was happy to be offered the chance to try these in the narrow width, as some styles are a little wide on me. The fit is perfect, just as I had hoped. These are everything I love about a Vionic sandal in a slimmer shape and cozier fit for my foot. I don't normally wear a narrow size, but in the past few years I have often returned shoes for being too wide and sliding around on my foot too much. People now have wider feet than they used to, and is seems the average width that makers are accommodating has gotten wider. This narrow is perfect for my bony feet and my foot just fits in the contours of the sole better.If you are new to Vionics, well, welcome! These are the most comfortable shoes you are going to find with such a low profile and a nice feminine look. These have an ultra soft breathable bottom that won't chafe or get sweaty. The arch support is top notch - none is better! the cushion is everything you need to walk all day long, but not so springy that you lack support or get thrown off balance.This time I got the "Silver metal fabric" option and I love that it is just sparkly enough to look dressy, but not glittery looking like a teenager might wear. These offer a nice subtle nod to my jewelry and tie an outfit together, whether its a dress or just an elevated jeans and tee situation.The only possible word of caution I might offer is that if you have feet like mine, which are super bony on top, you might want to wear these for only a few hours at a time initially, so the straps soften up. If you don't, the top strap my rub on your foot. I've never noticed this when I was actually wearing them - but I have noticed this the next day when I went to put them back on and the skin on top of my foot said ouch! Like I said, they do soften up quickly, and they've never hurt when I was actually wearing them, but my thin skin has been a little chafed when I got a new pair and wore them all day long without making time to break them in. I also have this problem with Birkenstocks . . . actually my last pair of Birks took like 3 months to break in :( Hopefully that gives you a reference for whether or not this would apply to you.
