Stylish flats that are comfortable

I bought these for my Mother in Law. She has a hard time finding cute shoes in a size 5 that are designed for women. She loves the coral pink color and says they are oh so comfortable! It’s almost like you’re not wearing any shoes. She absolutely loves this brand so I keep an eye out for when they are on sale.

Dependable Vionic quality, but not for wide feet

Felt compelled to leave a review for these because it didn't seem like other reviewers even gave them a chance. These are my 4th pair of Vionics over the last 7-8 years, so I'm well aware that- no matter how high quality their shoes are- you still have to break them in to get that custom fit.My first impression when I opened the box was I was amazed at the material because it is SO SOFT. Seriously, like buttery soft.I did see the seam others had mentioned and don't really understand why Vionic didn't use the other, more comfortable design they have on their other flats. The first day I got them, I just kept them on my feet while sitting on the couch. The second time I wore them, I walked around in them a bit at work but brought other shoes to swap them out to avoid blisters. The heel seam did rub a bit and annoy me. I also sat at my desk with my space heater on my feet to use the heat to help stretch and mold the leather. By the third day, I could wear them all day no problem.Overall, I really enjoy these flats. There's just one problem that makes me not completely happy with my purchase. Obviously, these are only made in medium width, not wide. My feet are a little on the wide side and my right foot is completely flat. The shoe fits my left foot just fine, but it's just not enough shoe for my right foot.Unlike other Vionic flats, the soles of these are one solid piece and attached to the shoe. This means you can't remove the insole to use a lower profile or custom insert. While this provides fantastic arch support, for me, that means the insole plus my right foot takes up so much space that the actual shoe ends up sitting really low around my heel and slips off occasionally. The insole is also rock hard and presses into the bottom of my right foot.In conclusion, I think these flats are a great option for women with medium width or slightly wider feet, but not wide and flat feet. Vionic makes very high quality shoes that will last and your feet will love them if have the patience to break them in.

Hard to believe this is Vionic

I own several Vionic shoes and boots and have always been very pleased with them. When I saw this ballet flat, I was excited. Suede, cute and in navy color. They arrived and they looked as cute as I expected. The navy was more of a purple, which I actually loved. The materials felt a little thin and not as high quality as I expect from Vionic. Flimsy, but still at the same price as most of their ballet flats. Then I tried them on.The insole, which is removable in most of their shoes is not removable in this one. I am usually pretty good about ripping out an existing insole and replacing it with a Vionic brand one. This insole is almost integrated with the shoe itself and impossible to remove. I fear if I would, I would rip through the very thin bottom/sole, or the very thin suede. Why do I want to remove the insole? Because it is nowhere near the quality as all my other Vionic insoles. It is hard and unforgiving. The arch support is slightly in the wrong spot, starting too close to my heel which creates a very uncomfortable bump.I was still slightly tempted to keep them but when I walked around in them, my heel slipped out of the shoe completely. They feel like half a size too large/too wide at the heel.I ordered several Vionic styles and will actually keep most of the others. I am wearing "the Maria" right now. I love the Minna and I also got two other styles that have a bit of wedge. These will go back.

Love them!

Just received them and put them right on. I wear a size 9 and they fit perfectly. I don't wear a narrow but I do have bony feet. These have a bit of a lavender base color and will look great with jeans. Great buy. Cute shoes. Ortho footbed. Fast delivery.Thank you!!!!

Slides right off, scratchy ankle seam

These shoes looked cute when I put them on, and they definitely had arch support, but they were completely unwearable. Slid right off the heel as soon as you lifted a foot to walk. The top seam at the heel/ankle had a loose flap that scraped my ankle and heel as it slid off every time I tried to walk. Returned.

Cute but...

The top might be wrinkles, and one of the back hurts. But beside that it is my daily shoes!
