GREAT SHOE!!! True to Size for normal width foot

I love this shoe. I initially purchased the leopard patent leather pumps in 7.5 & 8 because I wasn't sure how the patent leather would stretch. I kept the 8 but soon regretted it as they stretched out a bit and I had to put heel grips in them to fill the space and I still have a bit too much room.I liked them so much that I purchased them in Syrah (also patent) in 7.5 and they fit perfectly right out the box. I truly wish I had kept the 7.5 in the leopard pumps instead of the 8.I have also purchased them in Camel Nappa Leather in size 7.5 and they fit perfectly. These feel particularly soft and nice on the foot.The shoes are very comfy and have a nice built in arch support. It's a bit of a learning curve (for me) to walk in such chunky heels but nothing major.I know others have said the sizing is off but for me with a medium width foot and exact size 7.5 or EU 38 they run spot-on and perfectly true-to-size. My foot shape may be called Egyptian or sloped at the toes.

Fit very awkwardly. So sad because they are so cute. I have bunions so I’m a difficult fit. These were not a good match for my feet unfortunately.

Unusual Sizing for Me

I normally wear a 7 or 7.5 in Vionic shoes. Sometimes wide, sometimes not. I had to order and return more than one pair to get the right size - a 6.5 Wide! I own around a dozen shoes from Vionic, and none of them are that size. That said, they fit alright. They're a standard simple pump. Won't win any fashion awards but get the job done as a classic basic heel. For me they are comfortable, and they look like they should hold up well to wear and tear. Now would I pay the full price for these? Absolutely not. I don't think they'd last for more than a couple years if you were to wear these to work regularly. But as a once in a while shoe, they're worth the discounted 'final sale' price IF you know your size ahead of time.

Surprisingly uncomfortable and they seem to run smaller than their flats. If not a sizing issue, perhaps the strange last design made my foot scoot further up than they do in regular non-orthopedic heels. Size up or avoid altogether.

The perfect formal heel

These are the perfect shoe. They are fashionable, well made, and above all comfortable without looking like a homyped shoe that my grandma would wear. The block heel is high enough to be a heel but sturdy and supportive enough that it doesn't make my ankles hurt. The arch support and cushioning is amazing you can actually wear these all day. I walked about 10,000 steps in these and my feet hurt no more then if I was wearing my sneakers. Very happy with the purchase. Will be buying other colours in this style.Only note is to size down. I initially brought a 11 which is my usual size but had to size down to a 10.
