Cute and comfy arch support
I love that I can have orthotic support without looking like an old lady!!! I’ve been wearing this flip flop style since Vionics was Orthoheel brand. I have severe arthritis in one foot(see pic) due to old fracture that didn’t heal correctly and these prevent pain from that, as well as improve my back pain tremendously. I have such high arches that I normally wear a 7.5 in regular shoes but wear a 6 in these as they support my arches so well and my foot doesn’t flatten out. Also I have very narrow feet(AA) so the width on the 6 is better for me. These are definitely average width for size. I wear these daily as I live in San Diego where it’s almost always flip flop weather. I have them in 5 different patterns but the black ones are my favorite and I’ll wear them daily for 6-8 months until the arch support starts getting softer then buy a new pair and move my older ones to my beach-shoe or gardening-shoe collection . If you don’t wear them daily or don’t need super-firm arch support, they should last for years. I’ve gotten my 75 yo mom and a bunch of friends addicted to these shoes too. Please read the enclosed instructions in the box and start out wearing these just a short period each day until you get used to the arch support. Maybe an hour a day for first three days then gradually go up from there. That’s very important to get used to the support if you’ve been wearing shoes with very little arch support.

Quality, comfort, fit, & style...LOVE
So comfortable, especially with plantar faciitis. I usually take a 7.5-8 and my feet are on the wider side, but a 7 regular in this brand and style fits perfectly. After some time, they will stretch a little in the front so going .5-1 size smaller would be my recommendation. They are well worth the price due to comfort, quality, fit, and style. I'm planning to buy the gray and black colors as well. I live in these all spring, summer, and fall!

Great Arch Support
These are my go-to sandals for the perfect arch support. I even have the inserts to use in my sneakers and closed toe shoes. They are expensive - but I see it as an investment and your feet will thank you. There is a bit of a break-in period at first, and they may feel uncomfortable initially. The brand recommends wearing them for about 20 minutes a day at home until your feet adjust. Once you do, it’s hard to go back to flat shoes or sandals.

COMFORTABLE, but pricey and hot
I really like these. I have been looking for good quality, comfortable and supportive summer shoes because I don't like to wear closed shoes in the summer. I bought these in the pewter which is a great color. These "mostly" fit the bill...Here's the breakdown.They offer just that.. Comfort and support. The heel cup keeps my foot from overpronating which most people tend to do in cheap flats. They are cushy and offer more than sufficient arch support. The wider straps also don't dig so overall it's a very comfortable, good quality shoe to wear. Although they are really comfortable, I did need a wear in period. My arches are "normal" height.. Not high and not flat and I found that the first few wears my arches actually felt tender after wearing these because I'm not used to that amount of support in my arch. I wore them for a couple hrs at a time for a few days and gradually my arches got more accustomed to them and my foot molded into the shoe more. They do run slightly large. I typically wear sizes 7.5-8 and these fit perfectly in a size 7.The reasons for me taking off one star...these are a little hot... I've noticed that both the insole and the straps get warm on hot days, and I end up sweating under the straps. They don't seem to absorb the sweat so after a while I start to notice it both under my feet and under the straps. The other thing is the price... Don't get me wrong, these are quality shoes... But they could still be just fractionally cheaper... $50 would a great price for these and I'd happily pay that for multiple pairs.Overall, a really great sandal.
