Vionic Womens Kearny White Lace up - Ordered a size 7.5 (my normal tennis shoe size) and right out of the box these beautiful shoes fit and felt great walking in them. Perfect for all my upcoming travels. I even dressed them up with a little "shoe jewelry"!
Good arch support. Nice shoes
I like this shoe, I just don't love it. I looooove vionics, they are my go to shoes whenever I need to do alot of walking and want to look nice. I have another pair of sneaker/booties. They seemed big and heavy when I put them on, just like the Kearny Lace Up sneakers do. But after I wore them everyday! Because they were soooo comfortable, I got used to them. I haven't worn these enough to give them 5 stars, I think they are heavier than I would like.
O to the M to the G, this sneaker is absolutely a winner for so many reasons. The style is chic, the color light gold is unique and gorgeous, the leather is supple, the fit is fantastic giving me the arch support I need to keep my plantar fasciitis away. I'm normally a size 7.5/8M in shoes. I ordered a 7.5M since Vionic tends to run large. I wore these on a field trip with my 3rd grade class and my feet were totally comfortable the entire day. Now, I need a pair in every color!!!
The shoes are pretty cute, but the toebox feels cramped, even in the wide size. I guess they might stretch some because of the leather uppers, but I wanted a fit closer to my Vionic athletic shoes.
Just got them today, tried them on immediately and was so happy, they are comfy from the start. I’ve had three foot surgeries and the only sneakers I can wear are Hokas or Vionics. With Vionics it’s a hit or miss with sizing, in my experience they can run big and with this style I went down a half size, I’m glad I did because they are perfect. Wide width is perfect, the arch is in the right spot. Not to heavy in my opinion. The all white leather make them my “dressy” sneakers very nice looking
I saw the positive and negative reviews before ordering this cute shoe, and now believe the neg reviews are from long time vionic buyers like me that see something wrong with the "brand". I have 6 pairs of size 9 vionics purchased as far back as 12 years ago and my tide flipflops are still in great shape. Vionics tended to run a bit large and the arch support was unbelievable for my high arches. (Vionic was instrumental in healing severe plantar fascitis years ago.) I have to order a larger size in sneakers so ordered this shoe in a 9.5 wide. I thought they mistakenly sent an 8 medium. I could barely get my foot into it, but enough to tell that there wasn't the original arch support. The tongue was also incredibly short. No point in trying a larger size w/out the familiar support. I decided to go to our local DSW to try on womens vionic shoes, and nothing fit in width or length, and again, missing the famous arch support. I called a specialty store where I had bought my previous Vionics and was told that Vionic sold out a few years ago to (I believe he said?) famous footwear - with a big change to the quality, lack of consistency in size/width, and lack of arch support. Consequently, they no longer arry many Vionics. I just recently got the last size 9 black cassandra flipflop on Amazon, but it is one of Vionics originals and very hard to find now unless you're fortunate to find a new pair on ebay. So incredibly disappointing to lose a good quality trusted company brand to now just as expensive (but cheaper) versions under the same name.
