The fit is great. I wear mostly Vionic shoes, so am just happy these fit as well as most of my others do. I’m not a runner, but have taken some like these to France and wore them on rainy cobblestone streets and they did very well, and gave me the supported I needed. Love them!
I’m returning these because they are too long and too narrow. FYI: I am am experienced Vionics customer and know how each model fits differently. In these Monarchs, if I were to order a smaller size, they would just be too tight on the sides. I ordered a 8 medium in the Monarch, and I normally wear an 8 to an 8 1/2 in non-vionic shoes and in the Vionic Kinsley dress loafers I wear a 7 1/2 wide. These monarchs are beautiful sneakers, but they would only work for narrow feet. I will share as a comparison. I also ordered the Vionics max walk skyline in eight wide, and they fit perfectly. They are wide enough they are actually true to size and the arch support is phenomenal, along with the cushioning.
Good quality, comfortable, waterproof and true to size. It is worth every penny
They aren’t soft at all like vionic normally are…. Disappointed
I’m not keeping these. I love the styling but it feels like the heel depth is too short and my heel just keeps sliding out. So unfortunate.
