Great! and True to size!
My kid is a toe-walker and blows through sneakers faster than normal, so I find myself replacing them constantly. I've gotten cheap ones from Walmart, but they fall apart REALLY fast. I've tried really expensive ones and they last a bit longer, but not long enough to justify the cost. This is a great middle-of-the-road price and the quality seems great! Also, a lot of brands change over to tied laces at size 13, but these are still velcro, which is great. My kid has other challenges and isn't quite ready to tie his own laces yet, so I appreciate that. As far as sizing, I measured his foot and googled the sizing. It said he would be a size 13 (his biggest foot was 7.25") so that's what I ordered. They fit perfectly, so I'd say they are true to size. I'm going to order these again when he inevitably ruins them with his toe-walking.

Good kids' shoe
I bought these and 2 other pairs of running shoes for my daughter, who wears a 13 in most shoes. She is a petite 9-year-old but very active and athletic. The other two pairs I bought for her were 13.5 and another brand - too small and rigid. This pair is on the large side, but fit her very well. She says they are comfortable and has been running around in them the past few days since we got them. They're cute and a good value for the price.

I actually ordered these for my daughter! She loves them! They have held up GREAT! Through rough play & washings. I sure wish they had larger sizes. She slap wore out their pink pair they sell. They still held up (pink pair) after MANY washings & ALL school year AND play. They just eventually looked dingy no matter how many times I washed. But they "were" light pink. It isn't the company's fault. I would order again! They were true to size too. In fact. They have fit even after she really isn't this size anymore. So I'm not sure if they stretched or what. Lol My daughter says they are super comfy!

**update** we had them for 2.5 months, the sole and the bottom inside against the heel wore out completely. My son is very active and routinely runs 5 miles a day a few times a week. Going to spend more on sturdier running shoes next.
