Real review, not for free product!!
First things first: my 7 year old son picked these cleats just for the looks and color, so this is a true HONEST review, and we did not get a free product in lieu if a 5 star review (sheesh, how did I miss that train?? Lol)Anyway, these are his first cleats ever. Obviously at first he said they hurt his feet - but we found out that actually the shin guards are the culprit (they sit on the same spot the back on the cleats snug his ankle). As a momma bear, right after his first practice I felt guilty as hell for buying him a product with not so real reviews. Then my husband told me they are cleats, and cleats are meant to hurt.Still, I wanted something better for my son, my baby boy (yup, totally momma bear here). After hours of research, found some nice Pumas that were the cream of the crop (and expensive too!).Proud momma bear bought him said Pumas and was eager to have him trying them. I made sure to have both pairs so he could wear them back to back, with nice soft socks, so nothing would interfere on his test drive experience. Made him do laps around the kitchen as fast as he could, did some jump jacks, and all that drill sergeant stuff.Final verdict? After he almost fell down several times wearing the Pumas because they were very slippery and uncomfortable as heck, these guys are a winner.Like my son asked me: "mom, why did you spend all that money on these cat (Puma) shoes? I love my green ones and they are very comfortable without the leg stuff (shinguards)."Good, stable, non-slippery, comfortable cleats. My son LOVES them! Without the shinguards... LolAs for size, they are true fit. My son wears 13s, so I got him 13s. They are lightweight and well padded. Nicely built. There, a true genuine non-paid non-bribed review. You're welcome!!
