I really like these shoes for my husband. He needed something with a back on it for summer time and going on the boat. But i didn't want to spend a lot on Tevas if he wasn't going to wear them. He said they are very comfy, have held up in water and yard work. The subtle army green color was perfect for him and the straps stay tight. Good price for what we needed them for!
I bought them in June and at first I really liked them; they felt comfortable. But they didn’t even last until September: the sandal straps caused the sole to break. They’re not suitable even for long walks in the city, so I can only imagine they’d perform even worse for trekking.
I use size 11. This feels like a 12. The straps are a little too wide. Fortunately the ones over your toes are adjustable. The latch over the top part of the foot was too long. Once I've place the sandal on my foot and made the necessary adjustments I have long flaps sticking out. Once I've worn the sandal in a little, 'll cut these. The sole it self is a good size. I could use a size 10 straps on the size 11 sole. The sole is very nice and comfortable. The main reason I'll keep it and the reason for the 4/5. I'll just make adjustments to the straps myself.Edit: zero stars.Yea.. these are not good. The strap tore/seperated from the sole. Terrible for the light to moderate use I have put on them.
Great sandals for the price! Durable and comfortable and look great! True to size.
Extremely low quality, worn out after 2 weeks of light use. And as others customers had said, the straps are way too big and touch the ground while walking. Sent it back and bought Teva's sandals, a bit more expensive but much better quality.
I loved the color pattern but it would take a couple of summers to break in. They are very hard not bendable. If you dont mind a hard sole you will be in Love with these sandals !
