Arched like a boat, but not boat shoes
These work boots are a good value for the price. Initially, I'm not sure I like the arched shape of the sole, but it's clearly visible in the product photos, and I assume some people prefer that style. I don't think I knew that preference before trying these boots, and I'm entirely open to the possibility of the style "growing on me" as my impression can evolve, especially with footwear. The second thing I noticed was that the Auvyi brand does not have consistent sizing. This particular pair runs just a hair larger than the only other Auvyi boots I have tried. Finally, these could be improved by giving the two uppermost lace eyelets and an open back, as is common for snowboarding boots. It doesn't sacrifice anything in terms of securing the boot to your foot while making them significantly faster to put on and take off.

Safety shoes are just okay
Shoes are solid as in the feel of them on the outside but the soles of the shoes aren’t comfortable at all. Very flat and flimsy fabric. Standing for even 2 hours with them on caused blisters. The size runs big so I’d recommend going down atleast a half size.

I have more than one pair of these boots and all have been great. These are no exception.The have steel toes, puncture protection, anti-slip soles, and these are well.waterproofed.Sizing is correct for US sizes, I have ordered size 12 and they have all worked out well.They are also comfortable to wear. To protect a previous injury so I wear these all day long. I dont feel the steel toes when I wear them, though of course I want them there. But its important they are comfortable.These are well made and I can tell by comparing these to my others that waterproofing was a high priority.I wear them myself and have no issues recommending them.
