1. The seller was fantastic, I needed these boots as an emergency because I was flying from Mexico to Norway; the boots arrived 4 days before the expected day of arrival, and the delivery guy went to my house twice in a day because I was not at home the first time. I am very pleased with this service and great attitude.2. The boots look fantastic, they are lined all the way to the foot part, which made them soft and nice inside; I wear them for work with sweater dresses and look great.3. I am size 9, but based in other reviews I ordered size 10, and they fit perfectly.4. The wide calf is not actually very wide compared to other wide calf boots I have, they fitted very tight at the beginning, however, I decided to keep them because there was no time to return them and order something else before my trip, and later this proved to be the right decision because as soon as I hit Amsterdam and Norway, with temperatures of 30 degF, the tightness was a blessing because no cold could get down my feet and I was warm. Now that I have wore them more, they got loose and don't fit tight anymore.5. I wore these boots all the way in a 18 hr trip, 3 planes and 4 different airports, without taking them off because I didn't want my feet to swollen, in temperatures below 30 degF, and I can definitely say that: my feet are comfortable and warm at all times, they are water resistant, I didn't have any blisters (even from day 1), they are comfortable to walk for long periods of time.I rarely give good reviews to a product but these boots have made my life easier.

Runs big but after you get the right size you will love them
I am a pretty standard 7-7.5 with a fairly wide foot. I had to size up to an 8 in order to get a good fit and even then need to wear socks (but that suits the cold weather boot just fine). They are indeed warm and waterproof and I have gotten complements on how they look. The sole is non slip and they are nice and tall which is why I purchased them (for walking in deeper snow and ice). They were not cheap but it was money well spent (I prefered the black over the brown)

Lasted a year
The first year they were perfect. They were comfortable, cute, kept my feet warm and dry. I didn't wear them daily I wore them a couple of times a week during the winter and none during the summer. They were fine for maybe the first year I had them. I'm going on two now. While the exterior looks great, the interior souls didn't last the first year. Can't walk long periods with them on without hurting my feet. They're fine if you have a desk job at work or wearing a few hours while at church but if you're walking about for a few hours trick/treating with your kids, they don't hold up well for that environment.I was disappointed these didn't last longer.

Very nice looking warm boot!
I really loved these boots! They were warm and fit well! But, when I would walk in them the top of the foot would hurt my foot and just couldn't wear them. It could be my feet just aren't cut out for heels anymore. They'd be stuck in my closet and never worn. I'm still not sure if it was my feet or the boot! Maybe next year I'll try again if my feet are better! Sadly returned them.

Not great for a lot of walking.
After reading reviews I ordered a half size bigger. I’m normally a 8.5 and got a 9. They fit perfect with regular socks and warmer socks. I got them for a trip to Chicago. They were great the first day but after a full day of walking they started to cause pain. The heel of the shoe is made of a softer rubber - best way to describe the problem that occured was that it became squishy under my weight and cause me to walk funny. Along with that there is NOT a thick insole. After walking on them the insole has worn down the the rubber structure of the shoe. I had to stop in a store and get inserts to put in because the heel of my foot was in so much pain. All in all great boot for short walking trips. I ended up buying a new pair of boots while on vacation and leaving these in the trash at the hotel. Here’s my review, hopefully it helps.
