Finally, some waterproof ankle-height boots that fit!

I have size 13 wide feet that are very difficult to fit and have recently gone through 4 different tries with 4 different ankle-height waterproof boots. They were all either too long or too narrow/small, but these fit like a glove. Be warned, though, that they are heavy as hell, but that just attributes to the fact that their soles are super chunky. From what I can tell so far, the over-all workmanship and quality of these boots are excellent, and their price was around $30 less than all the others I've recently tried. (Whew! No more returns! ;-D)

Great boots

I had a hard time finding a good boot to repel water while I was working outside. These boots are outstanding and fit to size.

Decent for wide, flat feet. Busted after 4 months

These fit well. It’s hard to find stuff like this for someone with size 13 that are wide as most reasonably priced stuff is skinny. They are heavy like other reviewers said. I assumed maybe they were just exaggerating. Not like crazy heavy, but when I take a break at work, I take them back off. I was able to fit one of those half a foot size insoles with no problem. I imagine I could put a full size one in. The memory foam bottom is comfortable but if I don’t have insoles, I get back pain. My last boots were worn out bad and pain had started. Totally gone now with these. The waterproofing is good. I’ve worn them about a month now. I run production at a small sausage factory and am on concrete going back and forth all day. They fit sung enough around my leg that water hasn’t been an issue. I don’t get t fully submerged but there’s lots of water splashing around and if it’s not tight on my leg, my feet would still get wet.I tend to destroy most footwear quickly so I’ll come back to this if they wear out super fast.Decent enough traction with them but I find I slip a little bit more than my coworkers on slick surfaces but they wear regular shoes and just accept wet feet.To this day the best pair I ever had was Xtra Tough brand. Very comfortable, light weight and lasted me a year. Most of these things make it 3-4 months tops for me. If you can afford it, those are the perfect ones, for the price point, these western chef shoes are very good. Much more comfortable than most waterproof things I’ve tried over the last decade.Edit, made it 4 months before the sides busted out. I’ll try to shoe goo them to see if I can make them waterproof again

Too heavy for everyday use.

Returned. Very very heavy boot. No wonder people complained about it sticking in and getting filled with mud

Love these

I've had these now for about 6 months and love them still. They are comfortable and easy to take off and put on. They still fit snug and still waterproof.

Unexpectedly Impressed

I wear these everyday on the farm. I very (unexpectedly) impressed with the quality & comfort. As mention, these boots are definitely heavier than you average boot. They do fit a bit large. I wear a 13 in every brand of boot I’ve ever worn ... but a 12 here had plenty of room (I had to send 13 back). Boots are very easier on and off, and the heel support is better than $300 boots I’ve worn. Think I’ll buy another pair
