Huge hit with a three year old!
These well made, rubber boots were a Christmas gift for my three year old nephew. He was thrilled just to see the bright box the boots came in with the superman logo, and once the boots were unwrapped, he was over the moon. They are well made, sturdy, thick rubber boots, and the superman design on the front was well done, crisp and sharp, the colors bright and cheerful. He wore them all Christmas Eve and from what I hear they have been hard pressed to get them off him since then. If he could he would sleep in them. I did size up so that they would fit for a while, but they still stay on his feet and are comfortable and do not fall off. They have a well-padded foot bed. I bought the Western Chief "Batman" Rain Boots for his older brother and they were equally well made and as well-loved. Would definitely recommend.

Durable, Great looking Boot
I ordered these for my grandson as he loves Spiderman right now. The appear durable and well made. Although they are a bit big for him right now (I ordered a size larger so he could grow into them), he has worn them outside and they keep his feet dry. I like the soles as they have some grip to them as well. Great product at a reasonable price.

Update: Grandson turns 6 soon and just bought 3rd pair of Western Chiefs boots for him - 2nd pair in navy blue. Great product
I bought these boots for my then-3-year-old grandson last February and they have been wonderful. He wears them without shoes, of course (socks only) and would wear them all the time if we didn't make him take them off. His pants fit comfortably inside the top of the boot and he seems to be very comfortable wearing them. He's had them now for a year and they don't have a tear or scrape on them (I hoped they would wear well because they are kind of expensive). The only thing I can think of negative (besides the price) is that, since they are made of rubber, they don't breathe -- so his feet tend to smell bad when he takes them off after long wearings. But it's an excellent product and we would certainly purchase them again.

Adorable, and durable- which really is all any mom ...
My son adores these boots! He wears them everyday, and so far he's only gotten them wet inside one time, but that's because he jumped in a huge puddle that soaked him from head-to-toe. I gave these boots 4 stars because they do fit a little larger than expected, so the boots run large, but that's OK, right? More use for a longer period of time, and also this gives lots of room for large, comfy socks to keep my son's feet warm. Adorable, and durable- which really is all any mom wants for her rambunctious boys.

I love these boots
I love these boots! Seem to be of very good quality. The eyes on the boots are very prominent, which I really like. Purchased them for my grandson. The fit is nice and also room for socks. They are adorable and he likes them but I will be returning because (though he didn't ask me to exchange them) - he hinted that he likes the Western Chief Batman Boots. Well made boot
I bought the spiderman and the superman boots for my 5 year old and 3 1/2 year old grandnephews. They are well made good looking boots and fit both boys perfectly. I bought 1 size up from their regular shoes and that worked well. The boys grabbed them out of the box the minute they arrived and yelled like banshees when they got a good look at the boots - they loved them. They wore them for the rest of the day, indeed they both feel asleep in their boots. The boots seem durable but admittedly we have not had them for very long. All in all I am very pleased with the purchases.

Adorable, but not durable
My son has been wearing these boots almost daily for a few weeks. He loves them. We also have the matching raincoat. They are boots; they are fine. Seem like they will last at least until he outgrows them, and if so, they will be handed down to his brother. The design is very cute, he can put them on by himself (he is 3), and I assume they are comfy, or he wouldn't wear them. I gave them 4 stars because I am not jumping up and down with excitement over them; once again, they are just boots. Not expecting to be wowed here.Update (7 months later): My son still loves these boots, and he has worn them frequently. However, They have multiple cracks in them, most of which go all the way through, so they no longer keep out water. In fact, the entire front of both boots now lifts up so you can see his foot. My other son has Hatley boots, which have received just as much wear as these, but still look new and have no damage or wear at all. I woudn't recommend these if you want them to function as rain boots. Hatley is much higher quality.
